The floor beneath the collapsed tiles was very messy and the situation really was a sort of emergency because I am quite elderly and did not have the strength to fix the two tiles and clean the floor. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable about ceiling tiles and dryer vents. He seemed to have a talent for handyman tasks. He was polite, organized, and had all the equipment necessary for the task.
