He scheduled for today and Raul showed up right on time and did a Fantastic job on all our windows inside and out, all the screens as well as all the window sills!!! Raul got what we thought we're permanent stains out of a couple of windows as well, without even mentioning it to us, we noticed when he had left. First class operation and Great work!!! Honestly -this is a great company! I live in a 1-bedroom, 2nd floor apartment and with all the construction on my street, dust and dirt all around - my window looked awful But now? Squeaky (or should I say "squeegee!" clean! The window cleaner show up on time and not only cleaned the windows inside and out, standing a ladder outside the building to get to the 2nd story windows - BUT - he wiped down all the screen, sills, window frames, all of it. These 2 guys were very efficient , quiet, clean. They took off their shoes when working inside,climbed inside and out our 3 story house. They did the screens, window sills,.. It's like there are no windows to look through with all the dust and dirt removed. The were very professional and I would trust them and recommend them to anyone. I can't believe there aren't reviews of Squeegee Clean. This is the 2nd time I've used them for my house in Santa Monica. They do a fantastic job. They are really good at cleaning up, too. I wasn't even here for most of the time. They even put up with my (good-natured) dog. And they are really reasonable (like the 1 filtered review says--why are they filtered?). They have been cleaning my many windows for several years now, and always do a great job, leaving the sills clean as well. The same staff come who are careful of the house as they clean inside windows, and of the plants when working outside. We have 3 French doors upstairs, 2 downstairs, 2 skylights and 2 dogs! I was very pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend them. I called Guy on his cell phone to discuss the job, which was to pressure wash the exterior of my house and to clean the inside and outside of all my windows. He came by and viewed my house from the outside, called and provided me with the cost. I have a 1,200 square foot house but the garage and guest house are separate so it is as if he had to work on 2 separate structures. He charged $175 for the pressure wash and $175 for the windows, which I thought was reasonable. We scheduled the date and 2 guys showed up right on time. They worked quickly and quietly and completed the work punctually. I did a walk around and was very happy with how clean the house was (all those spider webs were gone!) and how the windows sparkled. They did a great job also cleaning the screens and window sills. All in all I was very happy with this from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend this company - there's no downside at all. I'll call them back next September for the same job. read more

Very unprofessional I should have known, when the owner wrote an estimate on the back of a business card, and also offered to paint my house, though he isn't a licensed painter in RI They did not finish the job, of washing the soffits of the house, as he claimed that the paint below would come off, (but actually, the paint there was fine, I have had someone else do it no problem!). Then, on the ends, where we had agreed the paint needed a new coat, he took it down to the bare shingles, did not contact me to be sure that was ok... And the paint chips were all over my windows, gardens and my porch and porch furniture! When I called him to discuss the mess that he left, he said" you didn't hire me to wash the windows, so I didn't". He also claimed he had no idea that it was all over my porch, though it was very obviously everywhere. I had guests coming the next day in the evening, so I had to clean it all myself, first thing in the morning before I went to work, and was late for work. when I called him at the end of the day, and told him that I would be finding someone else to finish the job and do the painting, he yelled at me and told me that he was coming to pick up his payment in full, or he would put a lien on my house and business. He refused to take responsibility for the mess, and made only excuses. I felt bullied and patronized, this is no way for a person to conduct a service business! read more

I was really happy with the work they did and was beyond impressed with their communication and responsiveness. Robert was always quick to reply to my questions, and overall did an impressive job cleaning up the outside of our home. He did the little things, such as sharing a before and after picture as well as checking in to make sure we were happy when the job was complete. I highly recommend these guys! read more
