Brake, signal and tail lights were sporadic at best. Not only was Mark able to diagnose the problem very fast, he also had the wiring and harnesses to fix the problem right on the job site. Oh yeah, he also came to the trailer location, which is a great bonus especially when I was dealing with electrical issues. Not only did he fix the electrical problem, but he also spotted a problem with the old brake line on the trailer and was able to replace those at the same time. This really could have been a major problem that I could have faced on the road. In summary, Mark (and Mobile Diesel Medic) was VERY professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really friendly. They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and was able to give me a Up Front Price, I was more than happy with. She was willing to work with me by helping me make decisions on whether to tow it 2 hrs back home, or save some money on the tow, and just have somebody in the Local Raleigh area take a look at the truck for me. And even though I did notice on their website, they also work on commercial vehicles, I truly appreciate the fact of her offering the option of having one of their service techs take a look at it for us, and at the same time remaining true to her professional abilities and never trying to push their repair services on me. She was also very helpful in making may payment options easy. I now have Barbours Towing listed in our company Rolodex and in my phone in case the worst ever happens again Thanks Barbours, we really appreciate the hassle free help at a reasonable price! And if I could make any request from them it would be: There's nothing like speaking to the tow truck driver and being told straight from him "I should be there in approx 15-20 min", then you can relax a little and feel confident that he's coming. We waited, he did show up, but he left us wondering that whole time if he was coming. UPDATE: 3/29/2023 I…read morepicked my truck up from freightliner today. Snider said we needed a new one box harness because some wires on it were broken, and that was just to go any further. Freightliner determined that was a LIE. There was nothing wrong with my harness. That was an $800+ part plus labor. The issue turned out to be what I originally asked them to fix which was a nox sensor. Mind you they tried to mark the price up on the sensor by more than $120. Point being Jared and his crew are some good old crooks. Just be patient and wait on freightliner. Owner Operators. Dropped one of our trucks off on Thursday. Said they would possibly get it in on Friday afternoon. Tuesday comes around and we still haven't heard anything is I pop in to check things out. Trucks in the shop & they have a diag of a one box harness when our ELD is telling us we have a bad outlet box sensor. So, we ordered the part from Freightliner which couldn't get it until the following day. Before we go to pick up the part which is $832.73 I stop in to get a print out of the diagnostics in which we were paying over $250 for. At this point still nothing had been done no air leaks fixed nor the airbag replaced. Jared Coats this shop manager starts rumbling through his papers & couldn't provide us a print out to show us that the diag actually was done, and there was no bad outlet nox sensor. He gets upset & refuses service after holding our truck 5 days. Knowing he was trying to gouge us for things we didn't need. Very bad business Jared is a crook. You don't charge over $250 for a diag & refuse the print out to upsell owners chit they don't need jerk.

They align my tires with no cam bolt kit and sad I can go another year on my tires with no problem. I was a lot happier.

On the way to my appointment I got a tire pressure alert on my vehicle. Thinking it was just a slow leak, I decided that I would just put some air in my tire after I left the appointment. Once I arrived at Debnam's I noticed that the air was coming out quicker than I thought. I advised the woman at the front desk, Hunter, what was going on & asked her if someone could put some air into my tire for me prior to my appointment. She agreed and asked Raphael to assist me. He was very friendly and attempted to put air into my tire. That didn't work because there was a hole in it. I was thinking to myself that I would have to call and wait for towing assistance but Raphael volunteered to put my spare tire on for me. After my spare tire was put on my vehicle by Raphael, I spoke to Sawyer to get an estimate for the cosmetic work on my vehicle. She asked appropriate questions and was very professional. In the end she gave me great advice and wasn't focused on making a profit. Sawyer also checked the tire pressure of my spare tire to make sure that there was enough air in it so that I could get to my destination safely. The staff at Debnam's went above and beyond to assist me and for that I am truly grateful!! Sawyer also did not try to take advantage of me and do work that wasn't beneficial for the situation that I am in like some repair shops do! She was totally honest with me!!
