Was finally trading in my favorite car which I'd held onto for 11 years. Problem was that my beautiful Q7 wasn't blowing cold air, and I knew that I was going to take a real hit on trade-in value. For a very reasonable price, Rob was able to get it blowing cold again with a recharge. I can't tell you how long that lasted, but it was still good when the appraiser turned on the AC that afternoon, saying "A lot of these, the air conditioning doesn't work any more." They did let me know the total cost of a complete fix, but gave me an alternative that would still keep my car running well but avoid any completely unnecessary repairs. Brought my car in urgently for a screeching sound everytime I stepped on the gas or brake. Took my 2003 Cadillac Seville to Rob's Automotive to have work performed that was diagnosed by another local and well reviewed shop. The first garage diagnosis was a bad alternator and the cost to replace $950. Paid the $110 fee and decided to take the vehicle to Rob's Automotive for the repair. Shortly after dropping the car off for the repair Rob called and advised the warning light came on due to two burnt brake lights and the Alternator was not the problem. Rob replaced the two brake light bulbs and everything works correctly! He charged under a $100 for the parts & service.
