Shadetree proceeded to tell me that they didn't find anything wrong, until after the warranty had expired. Only THEN...did they find the issues. How convenient for them. At that point they said it was going to cost thousands of dollars to fix or replace the bad engine (that they installed) with a new engine. It is my belief that Shadytree knew there were issues with the engine, and stalled until the warranty was up. I wouldn't doubt for a second that this is a common practice for them. I would avoid this garage at all costs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO SHADYTREE!! You've been warned. Sincerely, -Highly dissatisfied customer
