He had a new heater in within 5 hours of the request. Then just a few days ago I was changing our well water filter, when the pipe exiting the unit started to spray all over the basement. Brian came through that same day and not only got our water back, but made some adjustments that increased our water pressure a good deal. Showers have gone from a gentle soak to a back massage! I should also mention that Brian's rates are extremely reasonable, and he doesn't try to sell you on more expensive/complex equipment or procedures. In fact he takes the time to give you hands-on training with basic maintenance/upkeep, and educates you on what constitutes an emergency. They have short 2 hour windows for appointments which is great that I didn't have a 4+ hour window of time I needed to wait for them to come. The gentlemen, Mike and Andre, that cleaned a clogged pipe we had with a giant snake, were really pleasant, kept everything clean and kept me informed about what their doing and what their recommendations were. Once they finished the work, I had another gentlemen come, Justin, who was an inspector and checked that the pipes we have are still good and there aren't any additional issues I should worry about. He too was really kind and allowed me to view exactly what he was seeing and walked me through the process. It was also nice that none of them tried to upsell me on additonal services or add ons. This inspector service was recommended to me and was free of charge. The snake drain cleaning was their most basic service for what I needed and was $700.
