Within a couple days of getting the quote I had him and his team scheduled to fix our driveway gate. The gate was built a few years ago and unfortunately the people we initially hired did not finish the job and took the gate opener that we had purchased with them. Alberto's team fixed our fence, raised the gate up several inches, added cable to prevent sagging, and added an automatic gate opener. They also repainted all the iron. Will definitely use them for any future fence projects. They were punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up at the end of the day. Very happy with the result!

Communication was excellent from sending me a detailed estimate with various options to the end result. Jeff was accessible and responsive to answer all my questions whether texting or calling. I had a few concerns after my fence installation, we agreed on a resolution, and he immediately went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of his fences and is a true professional! I wish all contractors were as ethical as Jeff is. Because of storm damage on my old fence, I needed a new fence installed as soon as possible. Jeff worked me into his very busy schedule within a week or so. I had an 8-foot, board-on-board fence installed with a top cap and covered metal poles. Jeff gets the permit required by the city, calls for the utilities to be marked, and doesn't ask for payment up front, so you don't feel like you will be taken advantage of. He employs his own installers, resulting in a high-quality fence. The installers worked hard and were respectful of my property. The workmanship is superb and beautiful. Affordable Fence Company is competitively priced but what sets Jeff apart besides his customer service is his fence and gate warranty. I highly recommend using Affordable Fence Company and have already referred them to several.

I followed the old adage to get at least three bids, and among them was DFW Fence Contractor. From the start, Stacey was right there, explaining the types of wood, the merits of each type, the significance of the pole sizes and spacing, and all the other fine points. I was super impressed, and he handed me a written estimate with notes, details, diagrams, and a full breakdown of all the costs. They were expensive. The other contractors showed up (or not) to see the job. Those who did gave me a written bid (or they did not). As it was, the proposals we're all pretty competitive, but when I started looking at the materials (my experience has shown the fence rails are the first thing to rot, and once rotten, reattaching the slats becomes difficult because as I nail in one slat, three others loosen up), I realized DFW Fence Contractor uses ACTUAL 2x4s instead of MILLED 2x4s, which is very significant and distinctive from any other proposal. The more I looked, the more I decided I didn't want any other company doing this job. Suffice it to say, like so many other reviewers have said, they showed up on time, worked hard, did the job far better than expected, and cleaned up afterward. Everyone on the crew was friendly and easy to talk to, happy to help get it how we wanted it. Really, an excellent company that does an amazing job, FAR exceeding expectations. It's been up a month and still smells as good as it looks!

Last time we had this done it took a couple gents about 2-3 hours to do the whole job and they were gone. They scrubbed off some rust, primed small areas, and painted and gone. This time we're excited to recommend this group who took 3-4 days (mind you there were 4 of us getting job done) and the process was the difference. The prep work of removing rust in full, the primer on the entire fence, the precision of welding out small areas that needed small attention, and the precision of welding the larger panels that needed replacing gave us a perfect result. We had panels replaced (4 as I recall) but the rest were okay and ALL look brand new!! The price was fair, the work was excellent... If you need assistance for anything that their crew handles, do not hesitate to call Alex! Doesn't matter where you live, they definitely work all over DFW. The real benefit here, as far as I'm concerned, this is gonna last a lot longer. I included some pics of the fence...which I know looks like a wrought iron fence, but I tried to explain the difference above.

We contacted a number of companies for quotes--all of which were obscenely overpriced. Not to mention some of the people we talked to at these companies were just down right arrogant and rude. Thank goodness my boyfriend found Elliott. Despite how busy they were, Eric came out right away and was able to give us an extremely affordable quote (a relief for us new home owners). But most importantly, you can tell he is a good, honest person. He was very friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We were originally planning to replace just part of the fence this month but had another urgent repair come up, so we will be using Eric and his team to replace our entire fence this Spring. I will provide an update once our fence is finished. We ended up going with a standard side by side fence with trim and staining, but my girlfriend and I couldn't be happier with the results! The new fence is not only beautiful, but provided some much-needed serenity and security for both us and our dogs. A few days after installing the new fence, we were inundated by a heavy storm that caused some minor issues with the new gate. Eric promptly had his team make some necessary adjustments to the gate and it's working better than ever! Thanks again Eric and team! We'll be recommending Elliott Fence to everyone we know, and we hope to do business with them again!
