The Tagaytay Summit Ridge is one of the last few stops that you will run into if you are on your way to Nasugbu. If you are heading to Tali or Punta Fuego, this commercial complex is complete with just about anything that you might need. There is a huge and sprawling Robinsons Supermarket where you can buy your groceries. There is a handful of restaurants and chain food concepts here so it is also a good stop over when you have been driving for quite a while. What my friends love doing, though, is driving up to Tagaytay during the cold and foggy season, and then we would just grab something to eat at Ted's La Paz Batchoy. It's nice to be in Tagaytay during these cold days, and Summit Ridge is a perfect hangout spot if you don't want to go to where the rest of the crowd is. The Starbucks here is pretty homey and comfortable as well. I could park my buns on one of the couches and settle in with a book for hours. I love how there is always parking somewhere, and everything is within reach, so this place is truly a blessing to weary travelers who are heading south via the Nasugbu route. The Summit Ridge also has a courtyard area that turns into a bazaar and a food market, and there is a booth there that regularly sells organic produce and healthy food items like juices, yoghurt and fresh vegetables. read more
