They also served rice to complement these dishes, it was a perfect and complementary carb for us to enjoy what we call a light dinner. I know leaving the bones in is more of a preference issue for me because some people like the bones left in. Despite the minor letdown with the Caldereta, I'd definitely return for the quick service and overall great food. The entrance is beautiful with colorful umbrellas hung on the ceiling. The scene makes for great photo ops. Squeeze in a visit to Bag of Beans while in Tagaytay. They have an onsite parking lot.
