In panic and hopeful desperation , I called for an appointment on Dec 22 and was seen on December 23. Figuring on the worse but hoping for a temporary relief, I was amazed to have the dentist tell me that it was only a deterioration of glue and he could fix me right there and then!!! And he did. Similar to other…read morereviews on here that you'll see, (that are not 5 stars and are all the way at the bottom because of how they filter the reviews), I also felt blindsided by their nice gestures upon arriving vs when I received my bill. Not once was I told I was not in network or that I would have a $300+ bill for A CLEANING. I had zero work done but a cleaning and had a $300+ bill. I have a PPO insurance plan, but because they failed to tell me when I arrived that I was not in network, I did not have the chance to leave prior to my services. The manager explained to me that nobody is in network for them, but if that was the case, they still should have told me that. Instead, they said it was my responsibility to know. In the industry of customer service, a dental office should be putting their patients first and want them to feel as comfortable as possible with their care plan, and that was simply not the case at Meadowmont Dentistry. One should feel comfortable that their Doctor is doing the best for them, but clearly all they see is money and not retention. Their manager also has used words like "threatened" toward me and I am not sure in any medical office where that is considered acceptable behavior. Moral of the story, if you visit them, ensure they don't start work on you before knowing if you are in network or not, we now have paid the $300+ charge.

They were super nice and accommodating to my schedule, I was able to go in first thing in the morning. The dentist was really nice and they got me in and out in less than an hour! They even let me come back a day later once I had a feel for the bite, and they made a quick adjustment. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs.
