How is hotel reception placed or changed order on customer behalf? Since the service is pre-paid, i was already charged nearly 100 pounds for the worst service i have ever had. They claimed it is hotel fault and i should complained to the hotel.

No one called me that Saturday, they didn't have my phone number and hadn't called my wife. My wife had even confirmed with them the day before it would be ready the next day. Fine if not able to do the work but don't keep my jacket for a week and then lie to us. Thanks for the lack of service. The lady working there was super helpful and made the whole process easy. One big reason I chose this laundrette over others was the payment options -- no confusing cash exchange here. They accept both cash (euro) and card, and I was able to just tap to pay for the wash and detergent, which made it super convenient. I brought in a small suitcase of clothes and was in and out in about an hour. I'll definitely be back whenever I need laundry done in London!
