He came at the appointed time, sized up my bag of laundry, gave me a price for it, and told me that he will deliver our clean clothes the next day. The price he quoted me was very reasonable (£15) considering he picked up and dropped off our clothes at the hotel. The next day, our clean clothes were waiting for us at the reception office when we came back in the afternoon after a morning of sightseeing. How much more convenient can that be? I told them about the stains and how I needed it urgently. They told me that I can collect it later the same day. Unlike other dry cleaners they did not try to charge me more just because I brought an expensive coat or because I was in hurry, infact they gave me the cheapest rates and there I was, paying less then I planned to pay and the stains were gone. From then onwards I've been using their services regularly and I must say, they are very friendly and genuine people.
