He truly does go above and beyond for his clients!!! From beginning to end both my husband and I weren't used to all the attention! Any time we called with questions, Mike would call us personally to provide answers and walk us through everything to make sure we fully understood each element of the process. Especially as first-time investment property purchasers! It was scary but Mike really made the process feel effortless and was constantly going the extra mile for us! We felt like a priority during both loan processes and that's just the surface stuff! The knitty gritty? Mike knows his stuff and is willing to go to the ends of the earth to find you the best deal!! During our investment property purchase we were hoping for the best and interest rates were rising, and yet somehow, Mike still managed to magical unicorn an INCREDIBLE deal for us! I don't know how he does what he does - he pulled off two miracles and we still don't know how we got so lucky! We had a very challenging loan process with the seller and sellers agent being very difficult to work with and dragged the closing as long as possible. We were on a deadline and when the sellers/agent tried to drag the closing even longer, Mike worked with our Realtor, got another title company on board and got our loan closed within our deadline. Without going into detail Mike made the impossible happen. Truly. Mike has so much knowledge that he is so kind to share with you and throughout the process. He somehow managed to make what should be a really stressful time feel easy and make complete sense. Even when we had investment property questions he was incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with so much good advice. Most of all he was a great listener to all of our concerns, provided us with in-depth knowledge, and then fully supported whatever decision we came to. I will be recommending Mike to anyone looking for a loan ( you'd be lucky to have him on your side) to contact Mike. He makes magic happen and helps you understand it all! My husband and I used Mike Molina to buy our first home and were VERY pleased!…read moreWe received highly informative daily emails and videos explaining each day of our escrow. Mike was available by phone and email to answer any questions we had or to just check in on us. We were also impressed by Team Mike Molina, his crew of assistants, that helped with required paperwork, answering questions, or just following up on the loan process. They were very hard working and communicated effectively. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Mike Molina because he is reliable, friendly, thorough, upfront and VERY helpful when you are going through your whole loan process ( which can be very stressful). We finished our loan process earlier than scheduled and a week later he called to check in and gave us lots of helpful information about moving forward as new home owners. If you are looking for a loan, Mike at Citywide Home Loans is your guy. I could go on and on about Mike Molina but I will stop now cause this review is getting pretty long!

The result? We got our dream home! It was closed in just 11 days, even with an appraisal contingency. Sonia might have set a new record there! In fact, our pre-qualification was getting processed when we had identified our dream home. From that moment on, things moved rapidly over the next 11 days, with everything meticulously planned and executed efficiently. Reflecting on those 11 days: - Provided us with the right financial advice on what could make it a winning offer. And it did! - Managed to provide the seller with enough confidence to take our offer, even with the appraisal contingency. Promised them that the appraisal would be done in 4 days, and the contingency would expire in 4 days regardless. Convincing to take an offer with appraisal contingency, unbelievable! And the appraisal was completed as promised! True professional. - Provided us with a very competitive rate compared to others. - On day 11, we got the keys to the house. And one more thing, Sonia is a no-nonsense, straight-talking person. We really appreciate her for that, and it made us trust her even more.
