Charge $150 for an estimate that is non refundable and it doesn't get applied to the repair cost. You pay $150b just to find out how much they want to do the repair. Indicates to me that they like building them but don't want to be bothered with you later. Personally, I would never buy another one.

However last month Hurricane IAN CAT 4 (2 mph below a CAT 5 at 155 MPG) was not kind to it and toppled a 70 plus hard wood massive tree right on the shed. taking down high voltage lines, cable, and telephone. The shed probably saved the top of the tree from major damage to the house!!! I wonder if we can get a Warranty replacement? We didn't order a ramp, and they had not even ordered the shed yet. Okay, it's was a mistake, let's move on. Shed finally comes in and we explicitly described where we wanted it. They said we did not need someone there for install. THEY INSTALLED THE SHED AT THE WRONG HOUSE!! And yes you house is numbered. Then we hire someone to be present for the install to be done correctly and they promise and schedule 3 different dates, each time calling after the fact to say they need to reschedule. The Shed is still not moved! They said it would cost them to much to hire someone else to move it. Meanwhile we're paying someone to show up to be there on those days. Todays excuse was it's raining. The other excuses were the installer thought it was in a Fort Meyers and it was actually Pine Island and he wasn't going there that day. Or the installer just couldn't get to it on one of the days scheduled. Once they have your money you are no longer a priority. Don't waste your time or money, very unprofessional!

We visited both of them to see all the different sheds. We like Brandon Sheds because of the steel frame with solid construction for safety in high winds. They have a huge variety of buildings, carports and sheds plus gazebos available. It didn't take a few months to get the shed because of the pandemic and how busy they are but it was well worth the wait! We ended up having an issue with a neighbor that prevented the shed being moved in on a trailer so they rolled it on pipes to the back. This going above and beyond definitely made them 5 star worthy!
