I totally agree with the prior review that I would give negative stars if possible. The veneer on…read moremy cabinets is falling off on almost half of my cabinets. While they looked nice, it turns out that the cabinets are made from some form of plastic with a hair thin plastic veneer that is basically a photograph of wood. The adhesive on the veneer failed all at once and the entire veneer panels are simply falling off. It started when I came home and found a veneer panel on the floor. So, I went back to Style Craft and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that other customers have had the same problem. They showed less than zero interest in trying to help me. Their product is junk. Spring for a few extra bucks and buy cabinets built out of real wood.

The install went well however once the surface was cleaned with alcohol by the Installers they left at which time I took pictures to send to my husband who was out of the country. I noticed scratches and foggy patches on the surface. I called and sent my photos to the company they sent the installers back 20 mins later to remedy the counter surface they used several finishes and polishes and did an adequate job making things disappear by polishing the quartz for 20 minutes. After they left the sales lady called and asked me if I had used the counters after the installers left insinuating I had made the scratches and foggy patches.. she then denies ever making the statement...my kitchen is under renovation it is unusable, to add insult to injury the owner William Out of no where rudely began bullying me over the phone concerned only about the balanced owed to him. Incensed and disgusted I hung up . There is something very wrong with this man . My husband informed the owner William that an apology was owed if we were to proceed to closing the account with a flawed counter. True to form no response. I am angry and Frustrated by the mobster type mentality practiced in this company . Spend your precious time and money elsewhere, You will be disappointed and disrespected by this owner and his wily business practice William is the owner's name... beware of this individual he is insane.
