This company is deceptive and dishonest. Allure does not take responsibility for their mistakes…read more We bought new Quartzite countertops from Allure. They took my new sink to their shop in order to cut the hole for the sink to properly fit. It turns out that regardless of having my sink, they cut the hole for the sink as an under-mount, not the over-mount sink that I had. On location, they had to re-cut the quartzite for my sink to fit and the technician cracked the counter top piece. I notified allure and they said that they would replace the material when they got more in. They said that they were out. They told me that they were searching for the material. I got the same reply over and over each time that I called. I finally realized that they were stringing me along. I noticed that most of the people working at Allure were from Turkey. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Allure told the BBB that they would reimburse me $800 to cover the cost of the cracked piece. Allure never followed through. I also filed a complaint about Allure to the FL Attorney General's office. Buyer beware of this company.

After months of trying to get our pieces, we finally got fed up with the lack of communication and said something to them about the many messages in text and left with their receptionist. Gigi lied and said they never received any of our messages even though you can see they read them and didn't respond (happy to screenshot all of the messages so that the owner can't come on here and try to debunk any of this happening). We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!

Throughout the project there very little communication and the project manager was responsive only after multiple calls. There was no communication or coordination between the project manager and the granite installation. There was also a 3 month delay of the hood, which never arrived and husband ordered one from Amazon, without the help of the project manager, so the size is off. I could continue with the frustrations but you get the idea. I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star because the cabinet and equipment installation people were competent and very nice. It hurts my heart to give a business a poor recommendation however communication is key to a successful installation.
