We wanted a shed to store the lawnmower and various parts. After going to see 3 other shed stores, we settled in Brandon Sheds. They have a location in Palmetto as well as one in Brandon. We visited both of them to see all the different sheds. We like Brandon Sheds because of the steel frame with solid construction for safety in high winds. They have a huge variety of buildings, carports and sheds plus gazebos available. It didn't take a few months to get the shed because of the pandemic and how busy they are but it was well worth the wait! We ended up having an issue with a neighbor that prevented the shed being moved in on a trailer so they rolled it on pipes to the back. This going above and beyond definitely made them 5 star worthy! We've had the shed for a few months and it is great-so strong and beautiful! I spoke with the manager before ordering shed, told all obstacles and none was a problem until shed came in ten weeks later. Then it was we can't do this or that. Communication went out the window. He promised to call with suggestions and a week would go by without any call. Under pressure he suggested I pay for a crane to lower the shed in my back yard which would cost sixteen hundred dollars I couldn't afford. Then the free delivery cost me two hundred dollars. Four months to get shed delivered. The worst of the whole business was lack of communication. If anyone recommend this company to you, they are not your friend. read more

I ordered a storage unit from this shop over 5 weeks ago and still waiting for it. At the time of purchasing, I was told I will just wait 2 weeks before they delivery the unit. I didn't hear from them 3 weeks after the purchase, so I decided to call the store and find out what is the status of my order. They told me I will have my unit shortly within a week. I waited another week but then I still didn't revive anything. I called again the next week and they told me the same and now is over 5 weeks and still waiting for the storage unit. I feel like this shop has no credibility and rude customer service (they told me they will call me back and let me know the status but never call me). I wish I didn't order the storage unit from them if I'd known that is the way the conduct business. I hope the management can improve the quality of the service and care about their reputation. read more

We ordered a shed in December of 21 from the Brandon location and it arrived at their lot in Plant City in February 22. We went to the Plant City location on Monday, 21 February to view the shed and it was as ordered. The man there told us it was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 23 of February. I had spoken to the person in the Brandon office a few days earlier and told him we may not be ready. But after going to Plant City and seeing we were on the schedule I thought everything was good to go...but NO! I tried calling the Brandon location several times that Monday to make sure this would happen, but no answered as usual. I called the Plant City location Wednesday morning and was informed the delivery was canceled by the Brandon Office. This company has very poor communications and the two offices do not seem to cooperate with one another. The product is good, but the service and communications is very lacking. Should you purchase a shed from this company, you will have to make many phone calls in order to know what is going on with your order. read more
