They dont take accountability for their mistakes and charged us additional $$ for each trip back to fix. Charge $150 for an estimate that is non refundable and it doesn't get applied to the repair cost. You pay $150b just to find out how much they want to do the repair. Indicates to me that they like building them but don't want to be bothered with you later. Personally, I would never buy another one.

However last month Hurricane IAN CAT 4 (2 mph below a CAT 5 at 155 MPG) was not kind to it and toppled a 70 plus hard wood massive tree right on the shed. taking down high voltage lines, cable, and telephone. The shed probably saved the top of the tree from major damage to the house!!! I wonder if we can get a Warranty replacement? Walked around the whole yard looking at their under fed and under watered plants, and everything else and no one ever came out. I was out there 30 minutes. When I went inside to inquire on some prices finally, and I mentioned the type of gravel, a guy asked me if it was 1/4 ". I said I don't know, your sign out there is partially ripped away and all it says is Alabama. The other guy walks over and says, Is it the one by your car because that's white marble (or whatever). I said no and pointed to exactly which one I was talking about. He then raises his voice and says, THAT'S WHAT HE ASKED YOU WAS IT 1/4"? So rude I couldn't believe this loser was approaching any customer like that. I said are you kidding me? I told them they sucked and walked out. Never even got to the new shed or other things I'd come to purchase. Try to support a local business and this is how they act? I'd heard before I went how rude they were... from a co-worker, a friend's mom AND a neighbor who said DON'T GO THERE, but I did anyway. Now I know and I'm sharing. If rather go to the big box store and at least have someone smile at you and offer to help. WORST SERVICE IN TOWN.
