Dialogue was muffled, and the picture quality was noticeably fuzzy. The strong chemical smell from the seats was distracting the entire time, and the seating caused leg numbness even while sitting upright. Regal customer service acknowledged the problems but declined a refund because I did not leave the auditorium during the movie, offering only popcorn and a drink instead. I won't be returning to this location.

Less than $12 for a new first run Movie with concessions.....what??? Is this the 80s??? The game room is HUGE!! More like a Dave n Busters than a Chuckie Cheese!!! There is a large eating area Great for birthday parties....Whole Pizza for only $7...we didn't eat the pizza but I loved and noticed the prices for future visits with the grandkids! Definitely definitely definitely recommend you going here for a fun filled afternoon or date night!! There is even a Simpsons' Pinball Machine Game!!!

But the main reason in today's comment is ... theater number 10 upper level. The last 2 time I saw a movie in there, I had to run out and tell someone the video went offline. Audio but no video. They came quickly BUT it's a bother to go all the way to the concession counter. Maybe they could install a hotline phone for such things, or a service buzzer near the theater doors.
