We did not visit the "beach" because it was fairly brisk. Came mid week after a rain and it was nice and quiet. There is a small playground and each site has a picnic table and fire ring (no cooking grate). Staff is amazing - kind and attentive. Definitely coming back.

The staff was helpful, providing us with benches, fire pits, and trash collection services. There are about six bathrooms on-site, which also have shower facilities. However, on our second night, the campsite was fully occupied, making it difficult to use the restrooms as they were often in use. Many people took long showers without considering others. By the end of the night, the bathrooms were very dirty, the toilets were clogged, and there was no hand soap left.

I did not have a good experience but I'm confident that these issues can and will be resolved. So with optimism, I share this review. I was looking for a unique daddy date for my 3rd child who thanks to Covid(sucks) has missed out on two birthday parties(20% of his birthdays). I saw a Groupon that allowed you to play for several hours for cheap. My son(10) called to verify what games were available and was told "we have all of the major titles". That's also when I realized that kids don't make phone calls. It was like learning to drive for him. I digress. When we arrived there was a special even better than the Groupon so I bought 30 hours or so for future visits. The staff was kind and at our request gave a tour. The problem began when we tried to play. There were fewer titles than we expected and we couldn't get logged in. Technical problems are to be expected but after 20 minutes, the staff member said "it's been doing this all day"....Oof. You knew about the issue when I called earlier... Additionally, and this makes sense, we needed logins for the games themselves. Which we don't have. 45 minutes in we had played a couple of rounds of a first person shooter that we were wildly outmatched in. And it was the only game we could get logged in to. My son was a trooper. Each time it became evident the game he wanted wasn't working he would say "let's try this one dad" and unfortunately, no go. Eventually I had to pull the plug and scramble to find something else. Full refund and bailed. That one experience was brutal. But I just don't think that it's conducive of the typical experience. If you are an avid gamer in the genres they have, with your logins, on a good server day. You will have a 4-5 star day I'll bet my bottom dollar. Alas, not us. Alas, not us.

I was Harassed by employees who would not let me to enter with my family bc I am unable to wear a mask. They threatened to call the police on me for "trespassing" if I didn't leave. They took all my coins though without cleaning them. They then told me if I was to talk to anyone inside the store they would call the police. I wasn't leaving my family so I stayed outside the store and they called the mall security. When I spoke to mall security they informed me that the employees at this location are morons and act ridiculous about masks. They suggested avoiding this arcade. Just to throw this in there. They didn't clean ANY equipment in the hour I was there. The three employees stood there the whole time and twiddled their thumbs. When I asked why they didn't clean the equipment i was told be the chemicals are too harsh when people are inside. When I asked why they don't close every so often to clean there wasn't an answer. If you want to be harassed, come here and give them your money. If you want to be treated like a human being, go elsewhere.

I told him to open the machine and get his tickets back out but apparently that wasn't an option either. He did give us a couple of token which ended up winning him nothing.
