They were clean, so that's the main concern. We walked to the bakery afterward, and while everything looked nice, maybe only the Rice crispy snacks were gluten-free, so we did not get anything. Parking is a premium here as well.

Got to Houston water in fuel light came on, then fuel pressure low light came on. Called store and they stated there wasn't anything wrong with their fuel call back tomorrow and speak with Mike. So I did just that only problem is now they don't answer the phone. Couple days later I go to check my bank records to find out that they over charged me for my purchase. So I called again to get no answer. Lucky for me I've been a diesel tech for years and own my own shop. I drained all of the fuel from my tank and stored it in a clean container. This is a bill they will not skip. I was willing to let it go until they started rejecting phone calls and I saw I was over charged

The last two times we've stopped, however, I have been totally grossed out by the women's bathroom. Last night was the last straw. The first time the bathrooms were gross was in February. They were also out of paper towels, and I did tell the lady at the cash register. She actually had the gall to tell me, "Well, I can't even get in there to go to the bathroom let alone clean it or replace the towels." That was interesting. Last night..it was bad. It was in serious need of a cleaning, the trash cans in the stalls were atrocious... words cannot even begin to explain and if words could, I wouldn't want to post it on here. Westwood - you need to put on more attendants in the evening or hire someone to come in and clean your restrooms. For the health of your customers, and the health of your staff, I seriously recommend that you overhaul your policies on your restrooms. It is really unfortunate that I probably won't be a patron at your place anymore because I really do like your gas station and convenience store. Seriously, get it together.

Unfortunately, the equipment also ripped off one of my mirrors. The owner returned my call in less than an hour, and made it very easy to recover the costs of my repair ($250). While this was clearly the right thing to do, these days we have come to expect trouble with situations like this. However, this individual had the honestly and integrity to do everything he could to make this situation right. I was just passing through town so I can't keep going there, but I would if I lived locally.
