Today, the crew at the store in Brenham Texas helped us repair two tires after we had a blowout on the interstate yesterday. In particular, Jordan went the extra mile to come up the hill behind him so we could service our track in an adjacent businesses parking lot. Thankfully, they had the exact tires our camper required in stock and at a good price. They've always taken care of me and give me even more reason to think they always will. Plus they saved our spring break vacation!

My hubs said he will return for tires when we need them next time, even if that far away. We were impressed with service and apparently competive tire pricing for hubs to say he would drive back.

They showed up quickly--no long, frustrating wait--and had me back on the road in no time. What really stood out, though, was how they treated me. They were understanding of my situation and made a stressful moment a whole lot easier. If you ever find yourself in a bind, these are the people you want to call. Highly recommend.

However, a week later I go to make a longer drive than normal (2 hours), about 30 minutes in...I'm on the side of the rode and my car is smoking white. I wait 3 hours for a tow, in which they towed it back to Quick Lane. They figured out that they did not fully repair it, so all my coolant leaked out and my car overheated. My car was in the shop for about a week, in which they offered very spotty communication. Furthermore, they promised they would pay for the tow and were going to send a check (7 months later, I'm still waiting). I go to pick up my car and I am met with the rudest attitude, they hand me my keys, and I'm ready to just move on..or so I thought. My car has overheated about 4-5 times since then, due to problems with my cooling system (leaks and air bubbles) and has required more service due to their mistake. Ummm NO! This place tried to overcharge me for a job that I KNEW was not worth the quoted price. I may not know how to diagnose a car, but I've been around enough broke cars in my life to know how much parts and labor cost. They wanted nearly 800 to fix a fuel pump on an 8 years old car. Please! I needed a good laugh! I ended up having it towed away from those sharks, who by the way charged a loyal customer for looking at it. When I brought in a coupon they sent to me (with no exclusions on it), they told me they could only use one coupon-AAA or their coupon. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it. And it's not worth your time to be taken in by these people who are evidently trying to pay for the renovations on their shop, which by the way is really nice inside, but not with my money!

Boys had the tires I needed in stocks and at a decent price I arrived and they went to work on my car in just a few minutes. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I drove the car approximately 12 miles at that time my car started shaking violently and I pulled over to find that 4 of the five lugs on driver side front tire had fallen off. I called Boys tire shop and told the owner what happened. I made it clear that I had the car done there and now I was on the side of the road unable to drive the car. His response was basically to say . If I drove the car in they would look at it. But they would be closing In a few minutes to drive in the next day. I managed to get lug nuts and then find out that the rim is bent and I will have to get a new one at the cost of 225.00 bucks. I am shocked at the owners indifference and I do not know if they will repay me for my damage. I do know that I will never do any buisness there again I suggest that anyone that does pay them and then change the tires yourself. Oh wait that is ridiculous.
