Bruce just said he couldn't send anyone to my place that same day I called. When I told him I did not need anyone to come that day, he suggested me to call Superior Plumbing. To a customer, it was presented as if no one wants her business. 2) customer service/ experience starts when a customer calls up a business. I did not make this rule, I have been in hospitality industry for a very long time, it stinks but we all have to deal with it. Oh and not whine about the ratings, my one star did not reduce the rating here. It was 4 before I shared my experience, and still 4 after I posted my review. Please do not try to discredit someone's review here, it is not cool.

He bid on a job, then got in the middle of it and claimed it would be a lot more work to fix (extra 10K) the "right" way. I was in a bad position with no water or plumbing, so I wrote him a deposit check and he was to start the next day. Overnight, I researched the issue and the next day I had 3 reputable plumbers come out to look at the job. All three gave the same opinion and said Mr. Morgan was just trying to get one over on me or didn't know what he was doing. I offered Mr. Morgan the opportunity to fix the issue as the other plumbers recommended and he refused, saying it wasn't possible and he wouldn't warranty that job because it was a band-aid. I stopped work with Mr. Morgan and despite the job not being complete in any fashion, he demanded payment in full. I cut my losses and paid him. I had someone else come out to do the "impossible" job. They removed everything Mr. Morgan did and had me up and running in 2 days. Everything has been fine ever since. Fast forward to this week, about a month and a half or so later...He attempted to cash the original deposit check for the job that he NEVER BEGAN. I hope it was a mistake, but I gave him an opportunity to explain himself and he didn't. It was NOT a small check and he was supposed to get rid of it. You have been warned.
