This review has been four years in the making. In 2019, my house main line had a leak between the…read moremeter and the front porch. I called around and he quoted $500 for the repair. I told him to dig in the lawn to find the leak, but he said he wasn't sure where the line ran, so he broke up one side of my walkway and dug a hole close to the porch where he thought the leak was, but it wasn't there. He then said he had to pull the pipe out and replace it with a new length and that would fix the leak. So he did that and patched my walkway badly with a poor quality concrete fix. The leak was fixed, but then he charged me $1500 due to the extra work, even though I told him where he should dig. I felt kicked in the guts, but because I didn't want to have any problems with the guy because of a payment dispute, I paid him and decided not to use him again. So this morning, four years later, I turned on my faucet and got nothing but air. I saw that there was a bad leak close to the walkway where the other patch was made, so I turned off my water and called up a certified plumber (Aaron Plumbing - very professional). Once they dug down to the pipe, they saw that the plumber used four elbow shark bite connectors instead of just one (because I guess he didn't have the parts). But, then I found out from my current plumber that shark bite fittings are not certified for underground connections. One of the connections had corroded and burst. They asked me how much I paid for the previous repair, and when I told them, they said I got ripped off. Almost $2K later, the bad repair from Right on Time Plumbing was fixed. So that's why I'm writing this review after all this time. They are cowboys and not working to code. Also, be sure to get all quotes up front and hold them to it. Or better yet, just avoid them altogether and go with a licensed plumber.

On January 27, Jeremy came and once I told him what was going on he new immediately the water heater issue. Thank you Jeremy for your outstanding customer service.

Although the account was paid in full, they contacted a collection agency and they reported a delinquency to my credit bureaus as an unpaid account. When I brought this up to the owner Michael, he said there was nothing he could do about it. How can you not do anything if you were the one who reached out to the collection agency to begin with? Can you not reach out to them and tell them that my account has been paid in full? They will in turn contact the credit bureaus to straighten out the issue. Because of this, my credit score went down considerably. I called the collection agency myself, numerous times and nobody is there to answer the calls. Michael, as soon as you send me a Receipt as a JPEG or PDF format, I will delete the negative reviews I have written on this platform. All I ask is for a Receipt to be sent to me via e-mail.

Under a previous business name, Rushing renovated my bathroom with disastrous results. A job that…read morewas supposed to take a week dragged on for 29 days. Drywall tape marked "this side faces wall" was installed incorrectly, so it peeled off the wall after a few months. My expensive shower enclosure was melted when Reggie used a heat gun to speed the drying of the drywall mud. The shower plumbing was done incorrectly, so I had to hire a plumber and cut open the brand new wall. The wrong size window was shimmed into place using interior grade pine. The flooring was installed incorrectly (LVP, which Reggie lined up like square tiles instead of staggering the planks) and had to be torn up and redone, so the pieces don't line up correctly and the warranty was invalidated. When everything was said and done, Rushing sued me. (The case was tossed out of court, since I had ample evidence of clownish incompetence.) After my experience, I'll always do a Google mugshot search before letting any contractors into my house. Could have prevented myself a lot of grief and wasted money.
