During the process I observed Jamari forcefully using a snake to unclog the toilet, but unfortunately, the camera broke off in the pipe during the job. Jamari claimed the toilet was unclogged; as well as the tub and sink. He also stated that he would need to return on monday to inspect something. I paid $879.00 to the company. I was not aware that the pipe was busted, but I think Jamari did before he left. The next day while using the toilet sink and bathtub I noticed a leak coming from behind the the wall in the laundry room. I called the company and spoke to a receptionist on saturday and informed her of the situation. I still had to wait until monday to get help with the problem. When Jamari arrived he went in the laundry room and I turned on the water so he could hear it flowing down. He said that he would need to assess the problem and give me a price for the job. Jamari also spoke with my brother on speaker phone and then turned to me and said you want your money back. I was shocked and said sure I want my money back, he then just left. I tried calling several times a day since then and have yet to get a call back from the company. The money was never refunded and I had to pay another plumbing company $1000.00 to fix the broken pipe and reset the toilet with new material. I also have to pay for water remediation for all the water and waste that have accumulated behind the wall from the cracked pipe. The company took pictures of the broken pipe with the snake camera hanging out. I am very very stressed about the situation. I paid plumber 4 Real $879.00 just to unclog a toilet, but instead they busted my pipe.

I asked if it will take an hour and he said maybe an hour and a half. *******I was not given any other estimate on cost so I assumed $225*1.5 hrs + the cost of pipe. **** MY INVOICE WAS $710, PLUS $35 IF I WANTED TO USE A CREDIT CARD!!! I was charged for 2 people, 2 hours + material and some other ridiculous thing. I didn't receive a written nor emailed invoice so I can't itemize the extortion. I called the office expecting to speak with a sane person who could see this was an exaggerated cost more than 3 times what was expected especially considering they wasted an hour of my time having to sit through 2 appointment windows. After signing the contract with the salesman, I was contacted three times afterwards by the office because there were multiple problems with the paperwork. Afterwards, the installation crew came and installed the shower. Initially everything looked great until I realize the slotted door behind the shower was stuck open. The installers bolted my slotted door open. I technician came out and fixed the problem but he did a lackluster job resealing the panels. Next, another technician came out to clean up the previous job. After a few days the lower trim started to separate leaving a gap between the trim and drywall (look at the picture). At that point, I don't want this company near my house again. The panels aren't leveled, a gap in the trim and a bad seal job. Overall, I wasted a lot of money! I should have gotten a custom title shower at a better price point with a lot better quality. Don't let them fool you because they are at Costco and I haven't even mentioned the deceptive pricing.
