My issue lies in that I've asked on both visits for additional work to be quoted by the tech. Not asking for it to be done that day, just to get me a price estimate to give them more work. Both techs took photos and notes, said they'd get back to me with that estimate. Nothing. Months apart, have followed up with the office requesting an update and was told the tech would get in touch with me, still crickets. Sadly I'll choose to use someone else going forward for future work on my numerous homes that actually wants the work and I'm not seen as begging to give them money I guess.

Look guys...I needed to change a water heater and modify its pipes and connections (gas, drain,…read moreexpansion tank, etc.). After I quoted the work with multiple plumbing companies I received quotes only for the labor in all the possible range (from $2,500 to $800). I was extremely disappointed because coming from the mechanical/technical world I knew they were overcharging me as crazy. After reading the reviews I decided to contact these guys. And everything other customer say is true, Chris answer my questions super fast he allow me to send him pics and explanation of the work needed by text message and gave me a quote through the same way. More than reasonable price and no hidden costs. At the end I bought the heater and installation with them. Next day they were at my home installing the device. Roy, the person who came to install the heater and modify the pipes was amazing. He knew what he was doing and was able to explain each step to me. Also he didn't take shortcuts and was very thorough in everything he did. Was really a pleasure to deal with him. My recommendation is quote with a lot of companies if you want. But always check with these guys....honest...reasonable price and extremely professionals.

As most of you know, it is rare that I give a five star rating. But this company, Aaron Plumbing…read morewith headquarters in Suwanee, GA, was probably the most responsive and professional service I've had in a very long time. My water heater decided not to break on Tuesday evening, and I needed someone to come out and see what went wrong. It was roughly around 630 at night when I realized I had no hot water, so I Googled hot water repair services within my community. I called two plumbing services that were "near me" and both services told me I was out of their servicing zone. So I reached out to my neighbor and he gave me Aaron Plumbing's information. Now, but this time it was around 8:30 PM, but I still pick up the phone and gave them a call and a lovely lady answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was remarkably friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she went ahead and looked at the schedule for Wednesday. She told me that she could have a plumber out to my house between 8am and 12noon and I was excited that she was able to fit me into their very busy schedule. The young man, Tom Page, that came out Wednesday morning was also very kind and efficient. He was able to tell me that my water heater, which was the original to the house, would no longer be working for me, and that I would need a new one. I actually knew that I would need to replace my water heater at some point in time when I bought my home in 2019. But, as always, it's a disappointment even though you know it's going to happen. Tom actually had the correct water heater on hand and within a couple of hours had my water heater completely replaced. You'll see through the pictures below the old unit, and the new unit. When Tom was done with the installation, he walked me through exactly what he had done, he showed me pictures of what had been, and what was now fixed or replaced. We also had a great conversation on how to purge the silt in the bottom of the tank, once a year, to maintain the good health of my brand new water heater. I would certainly recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone in the northern Cumming area of Georgia, because Dawsonville plumbing and other plumbing facilities located in Cumming, GA do not service my neighborhood.

Bruce just said he couldn't send anyone to my place that same day I called. When I told him I did not need anyone to come that day, he suggested me to call Superior Plumbing. To a customer, it was presented as if no one wants her business. 2) customer service/ experience starts when a customer calls up a business. I did not make this rule, I have been in hospitality industry for a very long time, it stinks but we all have to deal with it.
