I do not like writing reviews but will do so when I believe a wrong has been committed without correction. To make a long story short, my neighbor needed to have her water line replaced. Since she was traveling internationally, I handled it for her. I chose Roberts because they were local and I had used them myself previously. When the water line was quoted, I also requested a quote to replace the PRV. They did and the quote was $375.00. When the water line was replaced, I asked them to go ahead and replace the PRV. They assured me it did not need replacing. However, about a month later, it did need replacing. When it was replaced my neighbor was charged over $700.00!!!! When I went to Roberts to inquire, I was told they had a price increase and that the original price they quoted was no longer valid. The PRV valve should have been replaced at the previous price quoted or possibly discounted for ignoring to replace it in the first place. I have purposely not covered the problems in replacing the water line and all of the associated costs involved, which in and of itself is another story! We all have choices. In the future, Roberts will not be one of them. read more

Owen had to come out twice, the service people that HD uses would not install our dishwasher even after telling us what needed to be done and coming out again. We just had a new house built and the plumbing was installed by Roberts Plumbing. Unfortunately I have to say the service and quality of work performed was not as expected. We have had issues with the master tub leaking. There was a hat left under the tub when installed. The sealant was messy and the tub was only sealed half way around it. We have a shower/tub combo that has seams that were not sealed. I don't feel they paid much attention to detail. read more

They are the best plumbing company I have dealt with in a long time. I have had a leak for a long time in my sprinkler system but could not find it. They found the problem and were able to make the repairs after a couple of hours. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems. read more

Service by Roberts was a pleasant experience. Setting the appointment was informative and the gal offered possible solutions which did not apply to my ceiling leak but were appreciated. Owen the tech arrived on time and was very courteous and attentive. I was dreading the issue because I believed a pipe leak would be so expensive. Not! Owen located the problem in minutes and issue was resolved in less than 2 hours. He also replaced a stopper assembly in guest bath in that time. Highly recommend Roberts Plumbing! ! read more

If you are looking for a company who's employees understand the meaning of customer service this is the place. I have used them for both my home and rental. The staff on the phone are knowledgeable and the plumbers who come to the house are fast, efficient and never leave a mess. They communicate what is needed and make sure that you understand what the repairs will consist of and price. The just replaced a toilet in our guest bathroom. It was done efficiently and everything was cleaned up to perfection. I have never been up-sold on any type of repair. read more

My most recent business with Robert's was disappointing. I have used them in the past and have been pleased. This time not at all. This is the 3rd time they have come out to work on the same commode purchased from them. That is bad enough, but the issues were resolved in right at an hour's period of time. The tech said he was going to the car to write up the invoice. I followed him out and just sat on my front porch with my checkbook to pay him. He and the other man with him talked on their phones walked around the truck and just sat inside for the next 30 minutes. When he comes back with the invoice I have been charged for an hour and a half service call. I questioned it and the tech said, "well this is all just part of the visit." I called the office to discuss this and look for some type of adjustment. The ladies in the office are fabulous and couldn't have been nicer. However, the owner took an entire week to have them relay back to me, in an email no less, that there would be no adjustment. I had to follow up once during the week or I am pretty sure I would have gotten no response at all. I wasn't even given a courtesy of a phone call back. I will be looking for a new plumber. It is hard to do business with people that will not even discuss an issue with you. I have used their services several times and thought I finally had a good business to call on. It is a shame. Corey (young man) came out on a Saturday morning. We had a leak in the garage, in the wall, near our water heater. He was fast, efficient and found the leak quickly. He was also polite and friendly. our service was very poor they came out and fixed issue, but 2 days later we still had issue, and we texted back and forth to have them come out and they gave us a date to come out and they said they did not get a response from us. but we did send a response for them to come out and then they canceled our appointment and said we did not confirm but we did and it is in our text messages. and they canceled our appointment, and said that they had no appointments., big issue. when they say a date and time late afternoon then cancel our appointment. poor service read more
