Knowing I was paying out of pocket and valuing that I was a returning customer, Ted significantly cut down on labor costs, repaired my rim for free, and comped the windshield moldings. All in, he saved me about $500 simply because I was a loyal customer. For comparison, another reputable shop in Santa Monica quoted me over $800 more (just for the fender and rim) and told me they have highly competitive pricing.
