With just two weeks left before my lease turn-in date, I dropped my Audi Q5 off with little to no hope that anyone would be able to fix a scratch/dent situation over the wheel. I showed up at the body shop a broken splash guard without a prior call. Nagy inspected the car and showed me that the bottom part of my front bumper was broken. He was very transparent and showed me the OEM part that needs to be ordered, and discussed options for dropping/picking the car off. A day later I messaged him to order the part and the following day I dropped off the card and picked it up with the new part installed and the car freshly cleaned.
