I was viciously attacked by an unruly parking garage post and Nagy was my lifesaver! I showed up at the shop without calling ahead and was warmly greeted by Nagy's son. very bad experience -- sounds sketchy - when asked for a receipt after work done after 40 + days of having to leave the car there - the answer I got is "I will email you" but have not gotten anything yet, still awaiting after reminders to the owner. I should not have paid till I got the receipt - the employee (Anthony or Tony) is nice and said we do not give receipts for body work, only for mechanical work, the owner will email you later, and I fell for it. read more

Came in to repair damage to front fender and bumper on my Tesla Model 3. From the start, Naji was courteous and went out his way to make sure I understood the process. Car came back detailed with replacement body work well executed with new paint matching my 5 year old factory paint perfectly. I had a loose rocker panel that he reattached without charge. There was also a front aerodynamic panel underneath the front of the car that had been damaged at some point. Naji ordered the part and did the install without labor charge. With just two weeks left before my lease turn-in date, I dropped my Audi Q5 off with little to no hope that anyone would be able to fix a scratch/dent situation over the wheel. Let me tell you...the car looked BRAND NEW! That seemingly little scratch required them to replace 4 panels, and they did it in a grand total of 5 days! To put this in perspective, I took my car to not one but TWO other body shops for the same issue before finding the Radius guys. I showed up at the body shop a broken splash guard without a prior call. Nagy inspected the car and showed me that the bottom part of my front bumper was broken. He was very transparent and showed me the OEM part that needs to be ordered, and discussed options for dropping/picking the car off. A day later I messaged him to order the part and the following day I dropped off the card and picked it up with the new part installed and the car freshly cleaned. I also got to meet his son, and can confirm that both father and son were extremely nice and friendly, and we got to chat quite a bit about life and other non-car related topics :) Overall, had a great experience, and would definitely come back if I ever have any car issues! read more

I stopped by when a metal fragment punctured my tire and got some quick consultation. Intended to go to a tire specialist the next day but on my way home the tire went flat.
