No meaningful consultation about colour or style. Hairdresser clearly had her own idea and that was that. Complaint led to recolour at Serpentine Green Mon 21.03.11. As soon as out in daylight could see that although there had been some improvement the brassy yellow colour remained. Hardly the sophisticated colour I had hoped that the non inconsiderable outlay would acheive.
