No meaningful consultation about colour or style. Hairdresser clearly had her own idea and that was that. Complaint led to recolour at Serpentine Green Mon 21.03.11. As soon as out in daylight could see that although there had been some improvement the brassy yellow colour remained. Hardly the sophisticated colour I had hoped that the non inconsiderable outlay would acheive. Been coming to Pkai Hair for 3 years now and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is really friendly- they always offer you a selection of drinks when you wait and the environment is really stylish. Since when did trendy mean horrendous service!? I arrived for my nail appointment 10 mins early which was lucky as there were a queue of people waiting in reception. When I did get to the front of the queue there was no apology for the wait. I was told to have a seat in the waiting area and wasn't offered any drink or anything. I then waited 10 mins AFTER my allowed appointment time, again no apology for the wait. When I was seen it was by an extremely abrupt, unfriendly women who told me that after all my waiting around whoever had booked my appointment had done it wrong and she didn't actually have enough time to do what I'd come in to do! Thanks a lot- not only had I wasted an hour of my time, and my petrol but the appointment was as a treat for my hen do and I now don't have enough time to get it done elsewhere. AVOID P-KAI AT ALL COSTS!! -unless you like being disappointed. read more
