My husband & I both booked massages and my experience was anything but pleasing!…read more We both booked 2 different services. I booked the relaxing massage & my husband booked the therapeutic/deep tissue massage. When I went into the room the lady was very rushed. She was extremely rough and would dig into my muscles. Anything but relaxing, however, everyone has different pain tolerance's so to each their own. After the massage was over she said "I'm done". Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.

I have MS and have been having a very bad flare and got a 90 min massage with Sonia yesterday and it was so amazing. So good I went back today. They told me she wasn't available ( not really their fault they thought I have seen someone else yesterday) so I just booked with who ever was available. I have never stopped mid massage before but it was causing so much pain. She was on top of me for at least 15 mins and I just figured once that part was over it would probably start to feel good. It did not, my skin was numb from her excessive rubbing extremely fast. It almost felt like my eight-year-old was giving me the massage. I was starting to get lightheaded and thought I might throw up. I felt so bad telling her to stop, but I'm in so much pain that I couldn't risk feeling even worse than I already do. I planned on paying full price and tipping her as if the 90 minute massage had actually happened. The guy at the front desk was great. He refused to let me pay them. I did however tip her for 25 ish mins. They then let me know that Sonia was in fact available and there and free at the moment and she then did the Massage. She is amazing. I feel so much better now and the guy at the front desk was amazing with getting that all situated. I was truly ready to just go drive to another massage place so glad I didn't have to.

I get sore from running and the massages have helped greatly. My first visit, i booked with Nancy but she was not available so they switched to a male masseuse. I wasn't comfortable with a male masseuse especially because they only cover us with a thin sheet. They did provide a female masseuse afterall thankfully. My second time coming, I got a female masseuse. For some unknown reason, the male worker opened each room, including the room I'm in. He should knock first. I wish there was more sensitivity to privacy. Both times, the massages were great, the facility is clean, and the staff are friendly. Very firm and exactly where I needed the massages. That's the reason why I keep returning here.

She's cracked the bones in places that I didn't even know were able to be cracked. I feel so much lighter after our massage, and all the tension that I've had naturally goes away. Now - this is a Thai massage, so expect for them to walk on your back if you're OK with that. I like really strong massages, and to feel pain-free after. So if you're somebody that can't handle that, definitely let her know ahead of time so that way you're not surprised. I've gone to many massage places, and she and the girls are the only ones that effectively take my muscle pain away. it's about $60 an hour for most massages, which honestly feels like a great deal considering that you're probably getting the same if not better quality here versus places like massage envy spa or Burke Williams at a fraction of the price. Definitely try out the place, it's a little hole in the wall but you will definitely not be sorry.

But since Pam…read morebecame the new owner this past year, she has somehow made an already wonderful experience even better. Pam is incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can really feel the care she has put into elevating the entire experience. Everyone here is wonderful, but Patti and Mike are definitely our personal favorites. My husband and I come about four times a month, so this has truly become our little place to relax and recharge. I also LOVE the preferred-client rewards program Pam introduced. You receive a stamp with every visit, and after 10 stamps, you receive a complimentary organic facial. Since we come so often, those stamps added up quickly! I recently had my complimentary facial with Pam, and I was honestly so impressed. It didn't feel like a "free" service or a quick little add-on at all -- it still felt luxurious, thoughtful, and like a full experience. I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies, and Pam was so gentle and careful with my skin. I had absolutely no irritation or breakouts afterward, which is huge for me. Pam, thank you for taking something we already loved and making it even more special. You didn't change what we loved -- you simply made it shine even brighter. Six years later, we're still happy clients and now love this place more than ever!

1 star We came here…read morefor a couples massage for my fiancé's birthday, and unfortunately this was one of the strangest and most disappointing experiences we've ever had at a spa. When we booked, we specifically requested two female therapists. We were both initially given female therapists and the massage started. The massages themselves were also extremely disappointing. There was essentially no pressure or real massage technique--my therapist mostly put oil on my back and rubbed in circles. Justin said he was experiencing basically the same thing with his massage. Then, halfway through our massages, we suddenly started hearing a man's voice in the room. We realized that my fiancés facefemale therapist had apparently been replaced by a male therapist. Nobody asked us, nobody told us, and nobody explained what was happening. We had specifically requested female therapists, so having Justin's therapist changed to a man without our knowledge or consent was incredibly uncomfortable. We were not given an explanation when we questioned it. I eventually became so upset that I got dressed and walked out. A manager came in, but we still did not receive a reasonable explanation for why this happened. This was supposed to be a relaxing birthday experience for my fiancé, and instead we left feeling uncomfortable, confused, and extremely disappointed. Staffing issues happen, but you communicate with your customers and ask before making a significant change to the service they specifically requested. Changing someone's therapist halfway through a massage without saying anything is not acceptable to us. I would not return.
