Vivian at the desk was wonderful as well and I am now beyond relieved to find my new masseuse! Lord knows I need regular massage in order to do my work, I'm SO happy I found my new home. Highly Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price…read more I booked the 80-minute 'The New' massage for $170, and it was incredibly disappointing. The room had uncomfortably loud, jarring wave sounds, and staff refused to lower the volume when asked. Furthermore, the facility doesn't provide basic amenities like a robe or towel. To use the restroom, I had to get fully dressed in my street clothes and undress all over again. The lack of basic comfort and customer care is unacceptable. This was the most unnecessary $170 I've ever spent.

The last massage therapist I had, Tanya, did an awful job. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She mostly used one hand, seemed inexperienced, and jumped randomly from one area to another without any flow or technique. Much of the session consisted of simply pressing my body down into the table rather than actually working on the muscles and relieving tension. I even asked her to use her hands more effectively and focus on releasing the pressure in my muscles, but she didn't listen. What a waste of my day off and my money. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated instead of relaxed. Again. Her name was TANYA.

I've been to many places so I understand it's not always quiet however my therapist was on the phone while massaging me, literally answering phone calls. There was also an extreme amount of chaos at the time, people going back and forth and talking loudly. She also kept getting up multiple times and at some point I had a new therapist which wasn't any better. Both hardly massaged me even tho I requested medium pressure it was mostly a rub down not an actual massage. My bf also had a bad experience, he asked for light pressure and they kept going harder. He asked them to avoid his toe that was broken but ended up squeezing it. he also feels like he was touched in an uncomfortable spot. Would def not come back here.

I am writing to report a serious and disturbing incident involving one of your massage therapists…read more During a massage session, the therapist engaged in a sexual act commonly referred to as a "happy ending" with my boyfriend without his prior consent or request. At no point did my boyfriend ask for, agree to, or verbally consent to any sexual services. The act was initiated by the therapist, placing him in an inappropriate and unexpected situation during what was supposed to be a professional therapeutic service. I want to be clear and transparent in acknowledging that my boyfriend is also at fault for not immediately stopping the situation or saying no once it occurred. He takes responsibility for that failure to speak up. However, this does not negate the therapist's professional and ethical responsibility to maintain strict boundaries and to never initiate sexual contact with a client under any circumstances. Massage therapy is a licensed profession that requires adherence to clear ethical standards. Initiating sexual activity--especially without explicit consent--is a serious violation of professional conduct and client trust. Such behavior raises significant concerns about client safety and the integrity of your establishment.
