There has to be new management because this place is NOT what it used to be. I've been coming here…read morefor over a year for deep tissue massages to handle real knots in my back, and what I experienced today was completely unacceptable. First off--this was NOT a deep tissue massage. None of my knots were worked out, and my back actually hurts more leaving than it did walking in. That alone is a failure of the service. But it gets worse. The therapist kept walking out of the room like it didn't matter if I was even there, completely breaking the experience. At one point, he literally had his elbow pressed into my back while texting on his phone. Let that sink in. I'm paying for a professional service, and he's on his phone mid-"massage"? That's beyond disrespectful. I came in trying to take care of my body before my birthday tomorrow, just wanting to feel relaxed for once--and instead I left irritated, uncomfortable, and honestly pissed off. Whatever management change happened here needs to be addressed immediately. The quality, professionalism, and care are gone. The people who originally made this place worth coming to need to come back, because this is a completely different and much worse experience. Walking out, the whole vibe felt off--like nobody actually cares about the service anymore. I won't be back unless something drastically changes.

I am a deep tissue bodyworker for the last 20+ years and have a very busy demanding private practice....but my masseuse of 25 years finally retired and I have been having a very difficult time finding a truly talented masseuse. I would have given this place 4 stars, but this is the second time I booked a 90-minute massage and…read morewas only given a 60-minute session. The last massage therapist I had, Tanya, did an awful job. The massage felt rushed and unprofessional. She mostly used one hand, seemed inexperienced, and jumped randomly from one area to another without any flow or technique. Much of the session consisted of simply pressing my body down into the table rather than actually working on the muscles and relieving tension. I even asked her to use her hands more effectively and focus on releasing the pressure in my muscles, but she didn't listen. What a waste of my day off and my money. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated instead of relaxed. Again. Her name was TANYA.

We were greeted warmly and asked to sign in with our name, phone number and date. We paid for our services before treatment and were able to also pay gratuity at that time. They take debt and credit cards. The lobby/reception area is small but has two chairs to sit in if needed. Once I was called back into the room it smelled clean and spa ready. The room had a couple of hooks to hang up your clothes which was convenient. I laid down on the table and Fern came in and worked her magic! The massage starts with what seems to be an assessment of your body with pressure points on your neck and shoulders, then some stretches of your limbs, followed by the massage. Starting from the neck to your toes, right to left, ending with a hot stone, scalp and face massage. The massage itself consisted of Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone, it was AMAZING!!! My body felt like jelly and ooooh so relaxed. As we were leaving they offered us a bottle of water and wished us well with much gratitude. Their prices are very reasonable. They offer an early bird special from 10am-1pm where they offer a $10 discount on their treatments. My husband and I will be returning customers. Thank you Mind and Body Rejuvenation Spa!

Annie absolutely carried this experience. She knew exactly where the tension was hiding and wasted…read moreno time getting to work. The pressure was consistent. The technique was excellent. Every tight muscle got the memo. This wasn't one of those massages where someone just rubs lotion on your back for an hour. Annie was putting in work. I walked in feeling stiff and walked out feeling like my spine had been factory reset. The CBD upgrade, though... save your money. I honestly couldn't tell the difference. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it felt like paying extra for a placebo. I'd skip it next time and just book more time with Annie instead. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was easy. The spa was clean from top to bottom. Treatment rooms were spotless. Even the bathroom was immaculate, which is usually the first sign a business actually pays attention to the details. It's giving... Toy Story when Woody gets polished up by the cleaner. Brand new. But I figured she knew a few keys words for her profession. I did not know this until the massage therapist showed up. She was able to communicate with me and told me there wasn't any hot stone therapy available. Nor was there any oil massage. The lady who massaged me was very strong and some of the massage was alright. Then she became rather rough with me and was hurting me. Squeezing my calves too hard. She seemed to ignor my outbursts of discomfort. So I literally had to tell to STOP massaging me so HARD. To go lighter on me. Go to medium... She would for a short time, then resume her heavy handed (literally) massage. I have 2 huge bruises on my left lateral side. I have more bruises on my upper right lateral thigh too. It was just really a weird and painful experience. This lady also put TIGER BALM on my open cut/wound. I screamed! She hurt me even more when she applied the ointment. I wiped it off as fast as I could. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I still tipped the lady. I felt obligated. But I will never go back there.

She also kept getting up multiple times and at some point I had a new therapist which wasn't any better. Both hardly massaged me even tho I requested medium pressure it was mostly a rub down not an actual massage. My bf also had a bad experience, he asked for light pressure and they kept going harder.
