Not only were they fast and affordable but they cleaned the job site up nicely after they were finished and left no trace of debris anywhere. They even told me what I needed to do in order to let the homeowners insurance company know and to see if the work may be reimbursed by insurance.

Which I am not sure how that's going considering their lack of responsiveness. I always had to reach out regarding my service. In fact, I did so again recently to see if they were still going to mow my lawn this year to only find out that they cancelled my service and failed to notify me previously (whoops). It is a little late in the season to be doing this to folks.

We had all the overgrown foundation landscape removed, the rocks from all the beds removed and several large boulders repositioned. They spread 30+ yards of topsoil and seeded the areas, leaving the foundation beds for planting. We are very impressed that 2 young men worked as hard and efficiently as they did, arriving promptly and working well into the evening. We feel we paid a very fair price for the work done. We would definitely recommend their company for any excavating and landscape work.

Then two days later texted if they could come Friday which i agreed. A no show... then very late in the afternoon texted they had a family emergency could they come Saturday. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems. Know what your getting into before ever contracting with this company!

He…read morewas professional, straightforward, and their insurance and communication made them feel much more legit than the others. Also very competitive priced. The crew came out and safely removed a huge tree that was very close to my house. They worked hard, knew exactly what they were doing, and cleaned everything up perfectly. There was a small misunderstanding on a second tree since I wasn't home, and they ended up cutting the wrong one. What impressed me is how Alex handled it -- he came back and cut the correct tree at no extra charge to make things right. That kind of honesty is rare. Overall, great service, professional crew, and a company that stands behind their work. Highly recommend JPS Tree Service. I will contact them again for sure.
