They were extremely inconsiderate toward my mother--who is 92 years old and in poor health who arrived on time for her scheduled appointment with the podiatrist, Dr Yu. The staff member, G Yu was very insensitive toward my mom. I tried to explain to G Yu that my mother had an open wound on her back and was in pain; despite having arrived punctually for her scheduled appointment, she was left waiting for over an hour and was the last patient to be seen. I was attempting to kindly intercede on behalf of my mother, who suffers from dementia and cannot speak for herself. G Yu completely disregarded my concerns and in retaliation she told me not to bring my mother back again. G. Yu appears to be the person in charge of the facility--the one who initiated the despicable act of patient abandonment--since the doctor simply complied when she asked him to discharge my mother and hand over her discharge papers. They are clearly in violation of ACA and HIPAA. I would like to remind this family medicine practice that they are not in China. We are in the United States of America, and people here have the right to be treated with respect and fairly. They advertise this website that does not exist: www.advancedmedicalfootcare.org. I would not recommend them at all!

They gave terrible expectations for when they'd be ready and then got upset when I'd check in after their proposed finish date. They then lied to me about how I couldn't pick them up due to a supposed insurance issue, then proceed to tell me 2 hours later that I can pick them up and that they'll make an exception. When I get there they cancelled the doctor appt without my say. The doctor shows up and has an attitude when I ask a question about the orthotics because i "didn't have an appt". I am now on my third corrective surgery following a routine bunionectomy. The office staff was dishonest about insurance prior authorizations, failed to return phone calls, and did not complete FMLA paperwork resulting in pay lapses from work and all of the additional burdens associated with (bill auto pay, card rejections, calling HR multiple times). But WORST of all- Dr. Delott was aware of the broken hardware in my foot and never followed up. What should have been a routine 8 week recovery has now turned into a 2.5 year ordeal. And the other foot which also had a bunionectomy has recurred and is more painful now then it was prior to surgery. Such a major disappointment given that he came highly recommended.

He appears to just look to get patients in and out as fast as he can so he is able to bill your insurance company. Which was evident in him seeing 5 different patients in the first 15 minutes I was in his office. If you are looking for someone to just write you a prescription without actually being checked out by a doctor, he's your man. If you are looking to be actually seen by a doctor go else where. I wish I checked his yelp reviews before going to seeing him, its evident the type of service he provides.
