While visiting my daughter, she suggested that I make an appt with him to be evaluated and to help with the pain I was experiencing. Dr. Greg was very friendly, asked great questions, and very caring. After the 1st appt, I felt the most release from the pain, that had bothered me for so long! It was so great! I was only visiting for a short time, but, I begged my daughter to please take me back before I left town. After the 2nd appt with Dr. Greg, my pain level was lower than I had felt in over a year. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Dr. Greg! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in town! Thanks again for taking my appt on a short notice! You're the best! I'm Grateful for the work you do! I seriously don't know where to even start about how incredible Dr. Mattison is. I am a…read moreprofessional dancer so I often have old injuries flair up from the constant beating I give it. Not only does he adjust me in all the right places to get my instrument back on par, but he muscle tests and uses some serious intuition to make sure that your WHOLE BODY is in alignment. For a quick example, though I have many, last week I literally couldn't walk without feeling incredible shooting pain in my low back and in my upper thigh/crotch area... every single step was torture. I thought I knew what was out, and thank god for his knowledge, because it was the complete opposite of what I expected. So he did the needed adjustments, then the full body adjustments, and like magic, I could walk with no pain immediately after the visit (and it hasn't reoccurred!) From the second he sees you, he watches how you walk, how you shift your body around, the alignment of your hips... it's incredible. He is incredibly kind, knows so much about the body, and continues to educate himself and expand his own knowledge to pass on to his patients. He's in love with what he does, and frankly, you can't ask for anything more because the time he takes with you, how attentive he is when you speak, and the care he gives makes it so apparent. Lastly, if the experience couldn't get any better...HE COMES TO YOU! Who does that? Reasonably priced, gives each visit as long as it needs, and from the comfort of your own home. He is a gem in this crazy city, encouraging wellness and making us all better for it. Thank you Dr. Mattison! And you, dear reader, need to call him ASAP!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr Helo's for many years now. We keep coming back because…read morehe gives us the best possible care and we love his staff as well. Offices are clean and he has the latest technologies to care for us. I will be honest in saying I was terrified to see a chiropractor the first time I went. But Dr Helo put me at ease immediately. He takes his time and really cares about his patients I have never felt rushed or disregarded. He looks out for your overall health and wants the best for his patients. Years ago after buying my house and spending 2 days moving I could barely walk from all the lifting, cleaning and moving. One visit to Dr Helo and I was able to continue with all the urgent tasks I had pending. In more recent years I have had severe hip pain from a car accident and found out I had a tear in my hip and snapping hip syndrome. I have seen numerous doctors, 3 orthopedic surgeons, had 2 cortizone injections, a crazy amount of imaging and been to physical therapy twice, NOTHING HELPED. Then I remembered Dr Helo and came back after some time of not seeing him, his treatment is helping me get my mobility back and he made suggestions for at home care that no one else had given me. And they are working!!! He is a miracle worker and I don't say that lightly. I am still in treatment and hope to avoid surgery. I cannot recommend Dr Helo enough! Going into his office feels like I am visiting family, they make you feel so welcome!

His active release technique has been much more effective for me than adjustments alone. I saw Dr. Jack every week while I was training for my marathon and he was able to stop all the little aches and pains in their tracks, before they could turn into more serious issues that could have derailed my training. Thanks to him I was able to cross the finish line pain- and injury-free! Dr. Jack is an athlete so he understands the needs of active people. He's also extremely empathetic and caring. The office runs smoothly and the staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely punctual, too. I usually don't have to wait even a minute for my appointment. A little side-note: depending on your insurance you may have to pay out-of-pocket a bit for each session for the individualized active release treatment, but it's worth it. Also, as of this writing, practitioners at this practice mask during treatment and there is a high-quality air filter running in the treatment room. I really appreciate this office going above and beyond to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all patients.

But since the last time we came in, they've gotten rid of their human receptionist and instead use a terrible AI one where you can't get through to anyone, you can't navigate to even use it properly or give information, and it claims to take a message for someone to reach out but it's been over a week and nothing. And last week when I left a message on their website's contact form, still no response. I'm sure if you had a direct number to an employee you could get right in but this new process makes any other communication impossible and I can't imagine they are getting any new business when even returning clients have no way of reaching out. Pity because my partner and I thought this was the place we'd always come to.
