Dr. Sean Sadler at Comprehensive OBGYN is the absolute best at what she does! She was very patient…read morewith me and my wishes and concerns with 3 of my pregnancies. She delivered 3 of our 4 babies, and if we had lived in Texas when our first was born, she would have delivered all 4. Highly recommended. I am not a paid spokesperson, just a very happy patient. Super attentive, patient, knowledgeable, funny, and approachable. And, her nurse Bridgett is a gem. By the way, Dr. Sadler delivered my babies at 3 different hospitals, based on my preference: Allen Presbyterian, McKinney Medical Ctr (Medical City now), and Baylor McKinney. She goes where you want to be and provides amazing care. If you go see her, tell her Natalia said hi.

Extremely hard to get an appointment with them, and once you do, everyone is trying to rush you out…read morethe door and get your payment. Only way you speak to a human God forbid is after waiting for them to read your message inside the patient portal, other than that you will never speak to your doctor. Dr Chan has no tableside manners and does not seem kind. I spoke with someone on the phone about questions/concerns I had with stopping my birth control pill to possible start a natural cycles form of birth control. After I was able to get on the phone with someone to ask my questions, the lady told me "we don't usually answer this many questions over the phone..." so basically they are just money grabbers and only wanted an appt because it makes them money!!! All around a terribly run business with unkind people.

I had a vaginal delivery with Dr. Patterson and I'm very happy that I chose her as my OB-GYN. We…read moredecided to do an induction at 39 weeks, and the whole experience went very smoothly. The only negative point I would mention is the long wait time at the office. Almost every appointment we waited close to an hour after our scheduled time. However, the staff were always kind and helpful, and Dr. Patterson's excellent care made the wait worth it.

Dr. Patterson is a nice 'person' but not a great OBGYN…read more I went to her for 2 years for my annual PAPs and neither one of my experiences were good. 1. Getting an appt is ridiculous - they schedule you months out because they are 'booked'. 2. Showing up early for an appt is pointless - you will still wait about 30-40 minutes PAST your scheduled appt before you go back. 3. She was INCREDIBLY rough during my PAP - like......it shouldn't hurt and I shouldn't be sore the next day - but I was. 4. She also commented on the size of my chest - asking if I had back problems.............gee thanks and NO 5. Lastly....she told me I needed to lose weight to help with getting pregnant. I'm a voluptuous lady, but women much larger than me have gotten pregnant and had successful deliveries. (rude) Needless to say - I don't go to her anymore because she hurts me and makes me feel like crap.... If you need a great OBGYN - Dr. Derrick in McKinney is precious :) Love her!

Beware of your time, scheduling nightmares, and lack of office efficiency…read more I first spoke with Dr. Liaci mid January for our first consult. It had to be rescheduled and pushed back several times due to the doctor's "busy" schedule. We spoke for an hour and I was very optimistic that she could provide great care in the areas of concern. I was a little surprised at the initial fee of $400, but thought she's going to help me. I had my blood drawn soon after and waited for the office to notify me. After many weeks I had to reach out several times regarding my blood work results. I was told this was a "provider" issue, basically the doctor is too busy. I was finally scheduled an appointment for the end of March. I received a call on the day of the appointment that the doctor would be running late and could we push the appointment out another hour. I agreed, but made it clear I did not have the extra time to wait once I arrived. I arrived on time and waited an hour. The doctor still had not shown up, so I had to leave. I received no calls to follow up on my appointment. I called the next week and the secretary was surprised the doctor hadn't called me. I was not. She called 2 days later at 8 in the evening to tell me how busy she's been working at the hospital and that she didn't mean to make me feel invaluable. She proceeded to tell me about my blood work results and then message got cut off. I called to see how I was supposed to proceed and got no answer. At this point I feel the doctor did not follow through with her promises and believe I deserve my money back as I received zero care and a lot of hassle. The secretary is also hostile and is obviously tired of dealing with disgruntled patients as I'm sure this is a regular occurrence. This is by far the worst run office and doctor experience I've ever had.

When you call if you get her, just hang up bc she will put you on an endless hold. Keep calling until you dont get her. Dr Liaci is very sweet but when you cannot even get a hold of the office to let them know you have an issue, well thats a problem. And waiting over 2 hrs for your appt and then not being able to get a follow up appointment for months to adjust meds because you a miserable is not a practice that is thinking of patients well being. If you are too busy, I know it's tough but stop seeing new patients. Better to give your time to existing patients and not jeopardize new patients care and time.
