Straight and to the point yet still compassionate about her patients. Extremely happy with my OB experience with Dr. Sadler and her staff.

I have nothing against Dr. Darwich--she was very kind. However, the practice requires you to meet all seven (or more) of their PAs and OB physicians because there's no guarantee which provider will be on call when you deliver. The blonde sonographer who performed our first ultrasound was incredibly sweet, and that was definitely one of our highlights. The wait times, however, were consistently long. It was always at least 20+ minutes before being brought back, and once I was seen, appointments typically lasted around 1 1/2- two hours--mostly due to waiting. Even the front desk staff admitted they're overloaded with patients and have very limited appointment availability, yet they continue accepting new patients. My favorite appointment was the one scheduled on a Friday at noon during the Craig Ranch Golf Tournament, when the doctor/owner of the practice was selling parking spots. As a pregnant patient, I spent over 10 minutes driving around and competing for parking just to make it to my own doctor's appointment. There seems to be very little coordination within the office. It often felt like the staff wasn't communicating with one another. At one point, my blood type was entered incorrectly as A- instead of A+ in my chart, which was concerning because they told me I would need a RhoGAM shot before realizing the mistake. Billing was also frustrating. I was told I owed $800 and asked if I wanted to pay, but no one could provide a breakdown of the charges. Nothing appeared in my patient portal, and no billing codes had been submitted to my insurance yet? To top it off, during my very first visit, there was dried blood on the floor of the exam room (not mine), which certainly didn't make me feel comfortable. Overall, I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're hoping for a more organized office, shorter wait times, and a more personalized pregnancy experience.

I looked up reviews on OBGYNs and saw some great review about Dr. Gingrich. I went for a well woman's visit and pap smear. She was super nice and gentle when asking sensitive questions. I don't normally feel comfortable with a doctor on the first visit but she was so kind. She walked me through all the steps of my first pap smear. When results came in she texted me from her personal phone to ensure I had them. Her office staff is super kind and friendly. After my pap smear Dr. Gingrich and I talked about family planning. She said because of my age and the fact that my husband and I had been trying she would refer me to Dallas IVF. She heard and saw me for the first time in my OBGYN doctor history. I was a little nervous because I am an African American woman and sometimes I feel not every doctor understands specific needs. Dr. Gingrich hears me and offered me solutions that I feel comfortable with immediately. Due to her listening nature she is the reason that I was finally diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. Dallas IVF did an HSG and Dr. Havemann made the formal diagnosis but because Dr. Gingrich was able to listen to understand she unlocked a new level of my life. For the first time in 20 years I am able to live a normal life even when my cycle hits monthly. I now go back yearly for my well women's visit and Pap smear. The amazing thing is I feel like more than a number, but a patient that she care about. She remembers details about my life and always has great advice.

I am used to being rushed in and out of a room while trying to hit all my key points before the dr. Leaves. The time and compassion that dr. Gingrich gave us while we were going through a large event in our lives was unmatched. When you can tell you are being listened to, it really matters. Every time we saw her, she was very thorough, and answered all questions and concerns that we had.

I was my own advocate telling her and her office that I was extremely anemic, as well as had a polyp in my uterus that needed to be removed. This I had discovered by seeing another physician whom I was considering to have the fibroids removed laparoscopically. I decided to stick with Dr Halderman, because she could perform the surgery before my insurance lapsed. After my surgery I asked the Dr if the polyp was removed, because I didn't see it on the pathology report. She said that there wasn't anything there! After going in for my post op follow up, they discovered they the polyp was in fact there. What kind of place is this? How can they perform any type of procedure without seeing the state of things prior to surgery. They never documented it. They also denied that I ever conveyed this to them and went ahead with my surgery. Fibroids that were there were removed, but not the polyp. Now they want to perform another procedure to remove it. The costs involved now falls on my shoulders! I should have known better when they called me the day before my surgery to go in for a blood transfusion for my anemia. Again, something I did convey to them earlier!!! This review has been posted under my husband's account!
