I took a HUGE leap and made an appointment with Stan. Have been going to a family member (by marriage) for over 10 years and she's very hard to get an appointment with. For a song, I got a super cute hair cute, color on my roots that matched EXACTLY to my Aveda color (from the other salon) and some fun conversation. I get my hair cut by Julie, she's AMAZING. My hair always comes out exactly how I want it to. She's extremely sweet and will talk to you while she's doing your hair. She blow drys and straightens your hair after the cut, and I think it's about 35$. I have extremely long hair and it was always hard for me to find someone who would do a nice cut without charging me over 50$. Once I started going to Julie, I never went anywhere else (it's been about 6 or 7 years now). You have to make an appointment, no walk ins. And for some reason I don't think you can't pay with credit cards (i've been paying cash and checks every time i've gone). Not 100% sure on that though. read more

Stan has been cutting my hair for the last 35 years. He started coloring my hair via weaves about 25 years ago. I get amazing compliments on my color and have for years. He is an expert with color and with cuts. I also get my brows done by Mark. He grooms them and carefully tweezes after the wax. Highly recommend both! read more

A friend referred me to Mark over 5 years ago and have been sold ever since. Every visit is perfection. Mark does a fabulous job each time, whether I want a precision cut or a layered cut. He has taken me from hair extending below my waist, up to a pixie and, of course, all stages in between. His skills with the scissors made the growing out process much easier. I called to make an appointment on 2 occasions just to get their recorder during business hours... No return call.... The third call a receptionist answered.. I stated that I would like to make an appointment with the stylist that cut my hair in Dec..Not remembering his name I said my name in full.. She never asked who I wanted to make an appointment with so I thought she had pulled up my info by computer or had a heck of a good memory.. Well, when I arrived wrong stylist... Stan was so angry that I didn't want him to cut my hair he was nasty and rude.. He looked at Marc's appointment book and gave me two options. Neither one was convenient. He looked at me and said WELL THAT'S ALL WE HAVE !!!!!!! I asked him to please not to be so rude to me... Another lady that works there was very apologetic and kind said she would have Marc call me... He Never Did!!!! Well, they did me a Huge Favor...On suggestions from friends , local businesses and neighbors I made an appointment with Image... Big difference, the staff is updated, friendly, upbeat, polite, great personalities.... Fun!!! Highlights dried out my hair (Harsh....Bottom of the line Products) ...Marc didn't even tone the highlights and the Haircut wasn't great., more like a BarberShop Cut. Coupled the the fact I had to return for him to cut the long tags of hair he missed..I have no idea why I even booked another appointment... convenience... or maybe try to figure out the receptionist ties.. On my one and only appointment I thought to myself why do they have this unfriendly receptionist that doesn't have any personality and floats around the salon like she's the Queen Bee...
