Perfect is how I would describe this place. I've seen Stan, Mark, and Julie for the last ~15years, Stan is who I go to the most. They're all wonderful, and do great haircuts. They're creative and listen to what you need, they got an eye for style, and I could not recommend a better place to go to. read more

Stan listens to what his customers want. After 5 straight years of a barber cutting my hair, I decided it was time to return to Stan. I immediately wondered why I stopped going on the fist place?! These last three months have garnered more compliments on my haircuts than the last 5 years combined. The length in the front and back is perfect. He cut my hair a certain way to allow me to patiently grow out my stubborn cowlick. He showed me how to blow dry it and style. His partner, Mark, recommend an awesome blow dryer that I immediately purchased and have not been disappointed with. Their salon is in an adorable building with easy parking. read more

I took a HUGE leap and made an appointment with Stan. Have been going to a family member (by marriage) for over 10 years and she's very hard to get an appointment with. For a song, I got a super cute hair cute, color on my roots that matched EXACTLY to my Aveda color (from the other salon) and some fun conversation. I loved Stan's way of doing the color, no brush just gloved fingers, the brush kills my scalp! My hair is light and springy and I'm sold! Sorry cousin! It's amazing that less than 10 minutes from Morgan Hill, the prices are so much more "real life". read more

I have been been going to Stan since I was a little girl. He does an amazing job and knows exactly what i like. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is to die for. If you want amazing eyebrows--book an appointment with Mark. He'll whip your brows into shape in no time for a sweet deal! check them out! read more

I get my hair cut by Julie, she's AMAZING. My hair always comes out exactly how I want it to. She's extremely sweet and will talk to you while she's doing your hair. She blow drys and straightens your hair after the cut, and I think it's about 35$. I have extremely long hair and it was always hard for me to find someone who would do a nice cut without charging me over 50$. Once I started going to Julie, I never went anywhere else (it's been about 6 or 7 years now). You have to make an appointment, no walk ins. And for some reason I don't think you can't pay with credit cards (i've been paying cash and checks every time i've gone). Not 100% sure on that though. read more

Stan has been cutting my hair for the last 35 years. He started coloring my hair via weaves about 25 years ago. I get amazing compliments on my color and have for years. He is an expert with color and with cuts. I also get my brows done by Mark. He grooms them and carefully tweezes after the wax. Highly recommend both! read more

Mark gave me the most amazing facial! The products he used were devine and the way my skin glowed after was everything! It is very difficult for me to fully relax but this facial had me relaxed all day long. There is no way I can go anywhere else for facials now! read more

Stan does an amazing job ! very honest and takes his time !

A friend referred me to Mark over 5 years ago and have been sold ever since. Every visit is perfection. Mark does a fabulous job each time, whether I want a precision cut or a layered cut. He has taken me from hair extending below my waist, up to a pixie and, of course, all stages in between. His skills with the scissors made the growing out process much easier. The prices are amazingly low for a salon. I would gladly pay twice as much for the results, but am thankful that I don't. read more

Stan is such an expert in hair - no matter how tricky your hair is. I recently had to go to Gilroy to ask Stan at Robert Raymond fix my hair, (after it was cut to destroy my soul at an overly-expensive salon in Beverly Hills). That's right. I traveled over 300 hundred miles to get my haircut fixed by Stan, because Beverly Hills ruined it. The staff in Robert Raymond Custom Hair Design are warm and funny, but make no mistake about it - they're serious about your hair. Trust them. They've put in the 10,000 hours to master their craft. I LOVE THIS SALON. read more

I recently moved to California, and have been apprehensive about having to replace the one I left out of state (I'm still having separation anxiety from her epic hair skills!) After a couple months, it was time to take the plunge and start trying stylists. After visiting Julie, I have found my new stylist!! I was apprehensive about building a connection with a new stylist after so long, but Julie understood exactly what I was looking to keep and what I was looking to change. She miraculously matched my former stylist's color and gave me a tint that I adore! She was able to play with my bangs, help me vamp it up a bit, and still leave me feeling like I looked like myself. She was very friendly, approachable and pleasant to talk to. I've already booked my followup appointment and will be sticking with this salon, and Julie, for the foreseeable future! read more

I've gotten my hair cut by Julie a lot of times and even since moving to Oakland... I can't find anyone who does the magic that she does!

I have been having Julie do my hair for so many years I can't count. When I started coloring my hair, she knew exactly what I had in mind and despite my ever increasing gray the consistency has been excellent. When I have made a change in haircut style, she always delivers what I want. Since hair is such a big part of how good we look, it is so nice not to have to think about it and just know that I am in good hands with Julie! AND her prices are very reasonable!!! read more

My husband made an appointment with Linda...I was intrigue by the work Stanley was doing and he had an open time slot, so I took the chance and decided to get my hair cut. I LOVE IT! Stan is one of the best hair stylist I have had the pleasure to work on my hair. I've been from Beverly Hills top salons to New York and Chicago...he's a keeper! Needless to say, very satisfied! read more

I called to make an appointment on 2 occasions just to get their recorder during business hours... No return call.... The third call a receptionist answered.. I stated that I would like to make an appointment with the stylist that cut my hair in Dec..Not remembering his name I said my name in full.. She never asked who I wanted to make an appointment with so I thought she had pulled up my info by computer or had a heck of a good memory.. Well, when I arrived wrong stylist... Stan was so angry that I didn't want him to cut my hair he was nasty and rude.. He looked at Marc's appointment book and gave me two options. Neither one was convenient. He looked at me and said WELL THAT'S ALL WE HAVE !!!!!!! I asked him to please not to be so rude to me... Another lady that works there was very apologetic and kind said she would have Marc call me... He Never Did!!!! Well, they did me a Huge Favor...On suggestions from friends , local businesses and neighbors I made an appointment with Image... Big difference, the staff is updated, friendly, upbeat, polite, great personalities.... Fun!!! Highlights dried out my hair (Harsh....Bottom of the line Products) ...Marc didn't even tone the highlights and the Haircut wasn't great., more like a BarberShop Cut. Coupled the the fact I had to return for him to cut the long tags of hair he missed..I have no idea why I even booked another appointment... convenience... or maybe try to figure out the receptionist ties.. On my one and only appointment I thought to myself why do they have this unfriendly receptionist that doesn't have any personality and floats around the salon like she's the Queen Bee... Does she own the salon, building or have something on the stylists???? Credit card thing must be new.. read more
