I went to Dr Walley about forty years ago. He was so sad about my low decay rate but still gave me fillings that mostly fell out or that he took out. He implored me every time I came in for a cleaning to get laminates. He said it would make me look so much younger. I was 25 at the time. He never told me that would involve grinding all my tooth enamel off so laminates would be then glued on. When I protested he gave me his puppy dog eyes and said that was essential for laminates. I was deeply unhappy and fearful but afraid to say no mid procedure. The laminates started breaking within a few months. I would bite down into food often at a restaurant and end up with a mouth of glass and blood. Now I would like everyone to know that I have all my teeth except for the teeth that were laminated. 14 years later and I still have dental trauma from what I went through with Dr Walley. Unnecessary procedures and bullying of patients. The tooth he jacked up I ended up having to get it pulled a few years later. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. I will never ever forget how terrible of a place this was. His staff made a mistake in my mouth and panicked! I could go on and on since the entire experience burned into my mind. If all the dentists in the city... Don't choose this one. I have been seeing Dr Walley since 2000. I just wanted him to clean my damn teeth and let me go on my way. God forbid I needed a crown. At a certain point in my life I decided and better understood that my teeth were an investment. The very care is an investment. After reading a few of his negative reviews I bristled but had to admit how agitated I was thinking he was just trying to sell me his services. It's not that simple. Finally found "my" dentist! This is long over due but very well deserved. It has taken me years to finally find/develop a positive patient-dentist relationship. I had really bad anxiety when it came to the dentist. Literally the type of grown up who shook and cried uncontrollably in the chair. I only wish I discovered them sooner! My experience here has changed how I feel about going to the dentist. Everyone from Dr. Walley and his staff; Wendy, Khanba, Kathy, and Deanna, have been extraordinary! They have always been accommodating and supportive. Dr. Walley is very well educated and possesses both sympathy and empathy. They really do set the bar for excellence. Yesterday, they worked on saving a tooth of mine and I felt absolutely no pain. One of the reasons my anxiety developed is bc it takes me super long to get numb... something that no one prior has figured out. Dr. Walley took the time to figure it out and it has been a breeze since. I recommend them without a doubt! My dental journey with them has been miraculous! Growing up in SF, I rarely come back. My kids and I make a trip from the east bay to come see Dr. Walley and it is worth it. This dental office has state of the arts equipment as far as cameras, computers, etc. The people that work there are very polite, thorough and efficient. I went to get fillings taken care of and now I am straightening and whitening my teeth with Inviziline and Philips Zoom whitening. I'm really happy with my teeth. I can see why this place has such mixed reviews. I was a bit skeptical too when I first came here. I was referred to Dr. Walley's office by my coworker because he had invisalign and I was interested in getting them too. It's just females who work in this office and they're all relatively young and attractive looking. The receptionists who work here are all dressed nicely and perhaps show more skin than needed (they look good, but its not your typical dental office yknow?). I referred a couple of my coworkers in and I got a free cleaning, and even the lady who cleaned my teeth (who was a little older than the rest of the girls), wore a skirt, stockings, and high heels. She had on so much perfume, it gave me a headache while she was cleaning my teeth. The first time I came here, I walked out thinking - "What the heck just happened? I just signed myself up for invisalign". I came here with the impression that I would just get more information on it. They're really hard sellers. They give you every reason to BUY and they put you on the spot. If you're a pushover, you'll probably end up getting all their services. They fortunately found me a good deal with my dental plan so the entire procedure was affordable, but I really didnt have that much time to think about it! It was also kinda weird and creepy that everyone in the office said I had nice teeth, I mean, everyone. One reviewer wrote a comment below that I agree with - "When one person gives you a compliment, its flattering, but when everyone compliments you, it's just weird" .. and maybe fake? *shrugs* PROS - 1. They are always on time. I always walk into their office right when my appointment starts and I almost never have to wait longer than 3 min or so. 2. They always remember my name. Everyone who walks by greets you by your name.. 3. I'm in and out basically. They barely take a look at my teeth (I'm assuming because I was so good at taking care of them?). 4. Parking/traffic became a pain, so I asked for more trays so I can come less frequently and Dr. Walley agreed. 5. They delivered. After 9 months (as they predicted), my teeth are straight. I'm happy. CONS - 1. Parking sucks. You can park in union square or at the parking lot on Mason. The one at Union Square is much cheaper (but still expensive) and you have to walk 2 blocks. 2. Traffic sucks. Theyre not opened on the wkends so I have to go after work and by the time I'm done, traffic is at its peak time. I have to go south, so I've learned to avoid Stockton St. and just take Jones to 280. 3. They're a tad creepy, but its okay. read more

Was referred here by a 24/7 agency as one of my old crowns fell off over the weekend. Will admit that I was a little shocked by reviews here, either people love this place or not - not a lot of middle of the road. I am sure each person has their own reality, and who am I to question. But for anyone wondering if this is a good dentist office, rest assured that it is! I am probably middle of the road when it comes to dental offices. I don't relish the novocaine or threat of possible pain but I am not a baby about it either. I will definitely speak up if any pain or am uncomfortable and I question every suggestion. Dr. Wally was a pro with the novocaine, and I appreciate that a lot. He hit the nerve with one poke in an area he'd topically numbed - I was impressed, usually I request additional shots as it's rare the nerve gets the hit as hoped. The technology in the office is excellent, as is the level of transparency on what everyone is doing and why. I had the option to weigh in on keeping my old crown or getting a new one. Because of the metals in my old one (and the color - it had changed over the decades) I went for new. But at no time did I feel pressured to get a new one - Dr Wally would have sent me happily on my way with cemented old crown if that's what I chose. (So not sure about other reviews where people felt pressure). But also have to say that I take care of my teeth, not sure about other folks who were unhappy here. It was nice to learn that Wendy at the front desk is Dr Wally's wife of decades, nice family business. People who work here have been employees for decades as well, which I think is really great - it's a well jelled team who have a great deal of respect for each other. I am very happy with my replacement crown and I highly and happily recommend this office to others. read more

Yes one gold star for you Dr. Wally for your excellence in the "Hard Sell" capacity!!!! This was my first time visiting a dentist in well lets just say a long time for the reason being i am mortified of dentists, but Dr wally was recomended and i made the visit. now... i have major issues that need to be addressed for the obvious health reasons, and i would imagine that as a "doctor" these issues sould be his first priority, after all his business is health no? NNOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! he was pushing hard to get me all Hopped up on this new kick called "Invisaline" Yeah it's what all the cool kids are doing these days! "You don't want to have crooked teeth do you?" actaully "i don't mind the way my teeth look" i told him, "im more concerned with the cavities, and the crowns." But that was all regarded as nonsense, in a very "Trust me on this one." manner. And all his staff sounded well rehearsed when it came to pushing this "invisaline" too. it was overall an uncomfortable experience. Not only that my girl friend came with me because she knew this was sort of a big deal, (bless her sweet heart) and let's just say he made her feel uncomfortable too. i understand flatery and i think it's totally cool to say once or twice things like "My you are pretty" or "Wow what a beautiful lady" but six or eight times and then end it with a "Im gonna make you my patient, because you're so beautiful" was just creepy. Not trust-worthy. I agreed, after some pressure from Walley, to have a cavity filled the day I was there, eventhough my work requires me to talk clearly and not have a numb mouth. I let him know that. He proceeded to do the one filling, and then start in on another tooth without asking me! His rapport with his staff made me uncomfortable - he barked orders at them and was cold. Oh, and as others said, he gave a forceful Invisalign pitch as well. This office has a really hard time keeping clientele, which I saw firsthand AND heard through the grapevine. I'm pretty sure Dr. Walley never looked at my case history before he saw me. Every time was like his first time seeing me, and he would ask me to spout off information when it's right there in the case. He must have harassed me about invisalign about six times before I was like, look, I'm not interested - I know it's a great line of business for you, but 1) it's such a minor case, 2) I can't afford it, and 3) I've said no five other times. Put it in the case. Customer said no. Technically? Dr. Walley is actually a pro. He did several completely painless extractions and fillings, and I was able to go right back to work without skipping a beat. But, I couldn't take any more of his smarmy personality. He has no idea how to talk to or deal with people. Don't even get me started on what he would tell me about women. Inappropriate. For the guy who wanted a recommendation, I just visited Dr. Preston Brown's office, and got really good vibes from the staff, as well as personalized care and a first-time consultation and cleaning from Dr. Preston himself. The place was clean, no bugs, rodents, and there was lots of high tech equipment.... Aside from that I DO NOT recommend Dr Walley. I went in with a $1 gift certificate from a friend for a regular checkup... I don't have a dental insurance and hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years. I was starting to worry about sensitivity around a few areas where my gums were receding. He performed a bunch of tests and then told me that I have excellent oral hygiene and that my gums were in great condition (that was my major concern) but that I was showing signs of early decay in 7 teeth that would need filling. Immediately red flags went up. I wasn't experiencing any pain or sensitivity aside from around my gums. and SEVEN fillings just for Signs of Early decay... i don't know about this... THEN he had the receptionist print out a treatment and payment plan to get over $1,000 worth of work done. I would get the first 3 teeth filled, followed by a regular cleaning (which I hadn't had in over 5 years) and then have the next 4 teeth filled. THAT's when I something really started to smell fishy.... What kind of dentist recommends 3 fillings BEFORE a routine cleaning? Shouldn't the teeth be clean first? Especially when they haven't been in over 5 years?!! When I told them I would have to think about it they kept pressuring me just to have at least one tooth filled while I was there. At that point I could tell they were only after my money and really looking after my best oral interests. Several years ago, I had just moved to the area and was referred to Dr. Walley via 1-800 Dentist for tooth pain. I feel compelled to share my story now because 1-800 Dentist never did anything to respond to my complaints, and it is obvious that he is still on their referral list and is practicing in the same manner that he treated me all that time ago. In short, it was TRAUMATIC. He is the reason that dental trauma is a real speciality in dentistry...those that deal with the wreckage from unethical practitioners like Dr. Walley. I had never had any problems with my teeth before and had always had very caring dentistry. At the time, I was a financially struggling student and naive. I felt like Dr. Walley was a used car salesman about giving me a root canal. I wanted a second opinion. He gave me no indication that I had a choice to leave without it, "saying that tooth is hot! it's hot! It must be dealt with now." I found out later from the dentist that actually took care of me in the aftermath, that this emergency response was not necessary. He, nor his staff, did anything to ease my anxiety and in fact, he literally yelled at me to "STOP IT!" when I started to cry due to the extreme discomfort he was causing me and how afraid I was to be in his hands. He never stopped his procedure, despite the fact that my cries turned to sobbing. I sobbed for the entire procedure. When I came out of the appointment, I went to cough up what little money I had and told the receptionist how shocking the experience was and had never experienced anything like that. She just stared blankly at me and charged my card. There are PLENTY of practitioners out there who have the intention and ethic of care in their business. My husband and I had just moved to SF and shortly thereafter one of John's fillings fell out. A person I had just met said she went to Dr. Walley and that he was a good dentist. John made an appointment to have a new filling put in. Dr. Walley said that he preferred to do caps. My husband explained that he did not wish to have the tooth capped and that he wanted JUST a filling. The doctor said "OK OK". John made another appointment and at this time Dr Walley explained to John that on second thought he was going to do a crown. John got up to leave; at which time Dr. Walley called him a "Baby". John was 40 at the time. John walked out and Dr. Walley proceeded to send bills; for services NOT rendered; along with Christmas cards. We still can't figure out which idiot recommended this idiot. I hope that this review helps keep people away from this terrible dentist. I can't imagine going to another dentist now. I went on the recommendation of a coworker, and have found the service impeccable. Sometimes even fun. I find myself laughing through the dental dam listening to the conversations between Dr. Walley and the awesome ladies assisting him. And I hate being drilled in the mouth. At the dentist at least. He pulled out all my hideous old silver fillings and replaced them with nice tooth-colored material. Can't even tell that I have fillings now. And, indeed -- any recommendation he gives to replace fillings due to decay underneath should be heeded. He'll show you pictures of the nastiness and decay that are going on underneath your old ones. And, under one of my painless fillings it was revealed that I actually have to have a root canal in order to avoid losing the tooth totally. Off to the oral surgeon... Also: He's committed to painless procedures. The admin staff is flexible and committed to making payment schedules for expensive treatment plans. I completely trust Dr. Walley and his staff. I have been a patient since 2004. I can agree with most of the reviews so far, the good and the others. Dr. Walley is an excellent dentist, yes, and knows every aspect of dentistry there is (root canals, fillings, extractions, straightening, and whitening) he rarely refers you to another dentist because he can basically perform any service. He definitely stays educated about new advances in his field, KUDOs for that. Dr. Walley has fixed everything that has come up with my teeth, and I am still a work in progress. I came in with a mouth that hadn't had TLC in some years (a mouth full of metal fillings and crooked teeth in which he always tried to convince to straighten I finally did when I had the dough). Yes he can be a little pushy, preferring to service YOUR teeth in the ORDER he wants not taking into account 1) your budget or 2) what you want. He has gotten better I must say. And yes he will start to stab you with Novocain before even approaching about the cost, so you have to be proactive, speak up and kindly reschedule when it's financially convenient for you or ask about service clarity before he gets started. The staff is very friendly, almost too friendly sometimes but its good for first times to feel at ease. Veteran staff know how to deal with his perfectionist temperament. He does have a tendency to scold them in public and at times I was embarrassed for them. Lastly..the office is very high tech and stays current with "scheduling and reminders which is great: they email you a confirmation and text you an hour before you must arrive". I love the dentist I hate the office. I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years, I know need to go to the dentist, I avoid the dentist because the office staff creeps me out. The support staff is a rotating cast of young graduates, alway female, that mostly seemed bruised (by the treatment they get on the job from a demanding work environment? or is it something more sinister?) churlish behaviour to underlings creates an atmosphere of your not good enough (to the staff) combined with we can fix this ( whatever this is) but it's going to cost you. the office is well equipped with costly high tech gadgets, but the barracuda experience with the mgr behind the desk. I image they take business seminars in how to maximize profit, great and necessary for business, but there is something profoundly creepy about the office staff.. stepford wives was one earlier review. too much skin showing ithat has alway made me uncomfortable.Perhaps they are shooting to cultivate only male patients? great Dr funny office.. would make a good TV series... but makes the overall experience too uncomfortable for me to ever go back. read more

I've had pretty much everything you can imagine performed by Dr. Walley and his excellent staff, and always leave feeling well cared for. I've had a life-long fear of dentists, which has been slowly dissipating with every visit there. Dr. Walley has a great sense of humor, and is very patient with people that have phobias and/ or take a while to get numb before a procedure. PROS: *State of the art technology, and an excellent choice if you're thinking about InVisalign. *Awesome Dental Hygienists, especially Deanna! *Courteous and efficient support staff. After every big procedure you can bet that you'll get a call (probably from Wendy :) to make sure that you're doing alright. *They're all about preventive care. *You can tell that they really care about and love what they do. *They send you text message reminders for appointments. CONS: *They aren't open on weekends, except for emergencies. *Parking can be dicey, but that's San Francisco for you! :) PARKING TIP: The closest garage on Mason and Post charges $3.00 per 15 minutes, so I recommend the Ellis-O'Farrell Garage across the street from the cosmetics counter of Macy's instead. On Friday september 30th I was referred by 800 dentist to Dr. Walley's office. I wanted someplace that was close and took my dental insurance and with it being only 5 or 6 blocks away from home, it was convienient. 1 hour after the referral, I was in the office. It was warm and semi-inviting. Yes, it was even a bit on the uphoric side. The office was clean and the staff was nicely dressed. Though besides the Dr. the only staff I saw were young attractive females. No hot guys to drool over. lol. I was introduced to the staff one by one, yet it was so quick it was like a flash of lightening flashing before me. Until I met the staff member Mary, where the girl that introduced me stood and talked for longer than any introduction. Mary was the office's newest technological x ray machine. And yes they named her. I couldn't care less. The last thing I wanted to do was meet every individual staff member. Half of whom I would never be dealing with. I go into one of the rooms sit in the chair, get my exam and am handed a board with a marker to mark off all of my issues. Um..why couldn't they have just put them in the chart? Huh? What's up with that? I was now a bit confused. Unless things have changed within the last 5 years, and all dentists are now doing it, I found it a bit odd. The staff was friendly, but seemed like an office full of androids. It was almost like I had stepped into Stepford wives. Okay now to get to the point. The Dr. was great! though he couldn't extract my wisdom tooth because I couldn't get numb. Not his fault. I went back on MOnday and it was taken out. My biggest issue and why I am only giving 3 stars is because the financial officer after being specified to run my card number on a specific date, did not run it on the date specified and took out the 200 bucks that I allowed, but....NOT when it should have been done. This cutting into my months rent. When I called and told her what had been done, she acted as if she didn't care one way or the other. She cut me off and hung up on me. I called her back and she said that she was sorry but she can't reverse the charges. WHAT?!! I do not fault the dr. for this. I fault his office staff, most of whom seem competent but this one did not listen even though it had been discusses after my first appointment and before and after the 2nd apointment and still charged my account when I was told it would not happen until a specific date. So, I will go back to get the care that I need...because they have a record. But once this is done, I will find another dentist maybe a bit farther out. UPDATE: SO, I not only lost my phone for over a week, I also was in an accident and ended up in the hospital as well as having to get a new debit card because of strange charges on my account. So here are the messages that I received once I found my phone "Are you Ok? Why are you not returning our Phone Calls?" Dr. Walley gets 5 stars because he is the first dentist to ever get me numb. I have always had a hard time getting fully numb, but he was able to do it on the very first time out. He would shoot me up with multiple different anesthetics, and would wait for freaking ever until I got fully numb. He's expensive, but dentists that charge less rarely are so patient with patients spending so much time taking up a chair. His hygienists are all very sweet, and since I was so jumpy, he would always make a point of telling them to be nice to me. I don't care if it was for show, it *did* make me feel better. Keeping patients relaxed was clearly a priority in the office. He was working on helping me break my automatic fear response by giving me good dental experiences. I'm all for it! read more

Dr. Walley attempted to pull my wisdom teeth out after he told me the first day I met him that we didn't need to pull my tooth I initially came just to get some extra skin cut off they numbed my mouth SERVAL times and Dr. Walley tried to take my wisdom tooth out but then said we're not gonna take it out you have to go to an oral surgeon but the cost will be higher . Reading the reviews here and I think some of these cry babies were expecting a trip to Disney World instead of the dentist. Obviously dentists are going to offer you things that you think you don't need. It's called preventative care....something that I would've benefited from. I went in last week for an emergency root canal. A procedure that could've been prevented had I followed through on advice from a prior dentist. The bottom line is I've been to dentists in 15 different cities (thanks to my lifelong sweet tooth and lifelong resistance to dental floss). I must say this office ranks up towards the top. Clean, modern technology, good location, friendly staff, accommodating schedule (called in the morning and I was in the chair by 10:30am), straight forward pricing and great follow-up. Not sure what else you whussies are looking for. Anything less than 4 Yelp stars and you should start asking for some cheese with your whine. read more

I was apprehensive about going, as I have HUGE anxiety about going to a dentist. Dr Robert Walley and his staff were just so amazing. He (and his staff) took the time to explain what they were doing! More dentist's need to learn that skill! Knowing what was going on, and there technology to show you, reduced my stress significantly. I'm not a fan of not being in control of what's happening to me, but the fact that Dr Walley was literally explaining it to me step by step was a complete godsend! While some of the parts (always money) are tough, it's a fact of life. I have been the one that neglected my teeth for too long. We talked about options, and now have a game plan. Some of the reviews complained about used car salesman. I didn't get that at all. Sure there are many things we could do, but he listened to what I wanted, suggested the things we could do right now, and then steps to take in the future. I will not see any other dentist for my dental work. I miss the glass doors in the hall..and I LOVE the elevators.. jumping in them when you get close to the floor is fun.. Wendy has a great big smile for me when I come into the door, and the staff is always very nice to me. During my recent visit, the Dental Hygienist gave me some tips on keeping my teeth plaque and ..calcified stuff.. free; =oD RINSE after eating! Swish the hell out of some water for as long as you can (2 minutes??) and it's way better than not brushing. I tend to ask lots of questions. I appreciate all their patience and care with me. I don't get the negative reviews on here, but I have a feeling that many people's expectations of dentists are way out of whack! I've had many dentists and I've only had good experiences here. Also, in my experience dentists need to make money so they will offer you services, sometimes it is only to make you more beautiful, so if you think the service is not necessary, just say no! Dr Walley has character so I can see how some might not like it. As far as I can tell, the dentistry is good. There is good communication as far as getting fillings done regarding feel and smoothness. Their current hygenist is sensitive to feedback, going close to the gumline as I am comfortable with that and encourage her to do so. They're always on time; never once have they been late. They have always been flexible with rescheduling. I've had bad experiences with other dentists, including one where I suspected the dentist was mistaken about a cavity and another where I believe I was duped into service that I did not require. I stayed away from the dentist for a long time due to needles and such.. Dr. Walley and staff made it very pleasant and comfortable during my visit, now i am not afraid. they care about my teeth and now I'm confident about my smile. thank you sooo much! The most important thing I can say is that when choosing a dentist make sure you choose wisely. I have had a lot of bad dentistry and am now going through a bunch of trouble to have it cleaned up. Doctor Walley is the kind of dentist to get it right the first time. This is worth it's weight in gold! If you have read my previous posts, I have terrible teeth. Despite having experience with extensive dentistry, I still get every anxious about having work done. My most recent trip to Dr. Walley was to have another very infected tooth removed. The doctor was very gentle and calmed all of my fears. He did a great job making sure I was super numb and was quick and efficient. read more

WORST POSSIBLE DENTAL OFFICE . I was forced to pay for a product I never received nor had in my possession. I was sent to collections after I told them I did not want it since they had to send back the original piece for not fitting my jaw line after they used their "advanced" Invisalign scanned image of my jaw mold . They hassled me for MONTHS after I kept explaining to them that I had no further interest in what they kept pressuring me to purchase .Then don't let me get started on his wife who for some reason promotes professionalism but had the nerve to tell me that I was putting the inconvenience on myself by saying I wanted it to begin with ..... there's a plethora of issues when dealing with Wendy , though this is just the one that made me decide to end all business ties with them . If your going to talk professionalism at least check yourself on customer service deliverance . The saddest thing is I was recommended by a coworker whose family has gone to Dr.Walley for years & even after sharing my story she also shared with me a similar story she had gone through with their unethical "professionalism" . I've shared my story with EVERYBODY possible so nobody ever has to go through what I had too .The staff is GREAT though . HA ! Imagine that. read more

I visited Dr. Walley just four months prior to getting married. I needed some serious work done on my two bottom molars before I got married. Just as the other negative reviews have mentioned, I was constantly being badgered to buy certain things to keep my teeth straight or keep them white. I told them I was not interested and they wouldn't take no for an answer. They said it was in my best interest to purchase these things if I wanted to look great for my wedding (last time I checked, I thought it was ultimately my decision). Eventually, I had one molar extracted and needed to have the second molar extracted immediately. Instead, Dr. Walley insisted that he replace my fillings (something I had every reason to believe could have been delayed). But he wouldn't do anything else until my fillings were replaced. He went ahead and did it and, wouldn't you know it, all my insurance was used up and I would have to wait until next year. Since then, my second molar had fractured, I experienced pain for months and I had to get married with that pain. Since getting married, I had inherited my wife's insurance (her benefits were so much better), but I wasn't stupid enough to go back to Dr. Walley. I used my insurance money on Dr. Theodore Uyemoto. He is straight forward, will tell you the truth and won't try to sell you anything that isn't a priority. As for Dr. Walley, I don't understand why any DDS would put his own interests before the patients -- especially during these tough economic times. I signed up for Yelp just to give this review for Dr. Walley. And if this keeps at least one new customer from seeing him, then I will feel I've done my job. There are plenty of good docs out there. I am amazed that this dentist has so many good reviews. Dr. Walley is an horrendous dentist. In the time that I was a patient of his -- this is going back about 12 years ago -- he taunted my fears and berated me for crying in his chair. It took years, major pain, and absolute dental emergency before I was able to dare see another dentist. I felt mistreated by this dentist. I'm giving one star, because zero just isn't an option. read more

Unethical, hustlers, disrespectful are some words that come to mind when I think of this place. Never in my life have I had an experience like this with any business. There is no lack of transparency in prices and they hustled me out of about $600 that I never agreed to. Scary thing is they would have got more had I not trusted my instinct and cancelled my 2nd appt after the creepy first experience. I tried to report them to delta dental and to 1800 dentist but still couldn't get any compensation. When I tried to dispute the bill with their front desk employee, Wendy, she literally said to me that my "teeth were a disaster" so I had to pay that much. She yelled at me on the phone, it was the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen. I am just baffled that anyone like that is allowed to interact with customers. When I finally got the courage to go to another dentist they said my teeth were fine and I just needed a good cleaning - for 89 bucks! I have no idea how this place has patients. I really hope no one has to go through what I did although looking at the other posts it looks like this happens alot. read more

Dr. Walley and this office are basically a scam. They are here to sell Invisalign and that's how they make money. Dr. Walley and team don't listen, they don't have good service, and when you are there you feel like you are at a used car lot. They used scare tactics to up-sell me and wouldn't take no for an answer.
