Had to schedule a follow up appointment. It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The orthodontist is only in the office at this location on Fridays. At her last cleaning I was able to get an appointment for this day to get her retainer re sized. Her gums have shrunk a little bit over the years so had to get a new pair. Everyone here is very friendly. They will either email or text you the forms you need to fill out for the visit digitally. I will continue to come here until she reaches adulthood.

I showed them my license but that was not good enough. The manager was a bit condescending. This is not law, it was simply their "policy". I am sure this is not ethical behavior on the Dentists part. My understanding is that scanning reduces insurance fraud but it multiplies personal identity fraud exponentially. Overall very disappointed. What would they do if I did not have a license?
