Had to schedule a follow up appointment. It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The orthodontist is only in the office at this location on Fridays. At her last cleaning I was able to get an appointment for this day to get her retainer re sized. Her gums have shrunk a little bit over the years so had to get a new pair. Everyone here is very friendly. They will either email or text you the forms you need to fill out for the visit digitally. I will continue to come here until she reaches adulthood.

This saga isn't yet over but I would encourage you to run, not walk, away from this place. They have one or two decent dentists but their inability to take responsibility for their mess ups, and their attempts to cheat patients, are beyond the pale.

He packed his waiting room full of people (with other apparent emergencies) because that's just who he is. If he ever retires, I will cry myself to sleep. I have found the perfect kids dentist. We have been going to him for six years, and after six years, I still feel the same way. He's clipped lip ties for both of my kids and my daughter's tongue tie. He has the best bedside manner and staff. While his office hasn't been renovated since who knows when, it kind of makes me feel like I'm stepping into a time portal, and I love it. I love the front desk staff and my daughter saw Dr. Neel for over a decade. We always thought Dr…read more Neel was very thorough but now that she is older and has received other opinions, my thoughts are a bit different. At her first adult dental appointment, they asked why she had never received any orthodontic care and said she needed to see an orthodontist ASAP. Severe overbite and significant overcrowding that had been getting worse over the course of several years. She is now almost 20 and multiple doctors have told us that she needs 1-2 years of braces and corrective jaw surgery to fix her mouth. I'm not sure why this was overlooked since we asked Dr. Neel several times if she would ever need braces from the time she was little and he always said no. When she was older, we asked about certain things that were abnormal with her teeth/bite and he told us multiple times that there was nothing wrong. I wish he had referred us to an orthodontist while she was under his care so we could have dealt with this earlier. We feel a bit confused on why this issue was never addressed and why this was able to go untreated for so long.
