My son likes going to the Dentist, and that's thanks to the staff at Growing Smiles White Marsh…read more The Staff is so nice and friendly, and we always have a great experience every time we visit. My son enjoys talking with everyone in the office, they definitely make him feel welcomed. At the end of the appointment, my son gets to pick a toy and gets a goodie bag (toothbrush, floss, and toothpaste) which is always the highlight of his day. Growing Smiles White Marsh is a newer location. The rooms where the appointments take place are big, bright, and very clean. The Dentists do a great job caring for my son's teeth and explaining to my son what they did to his teeth during his appointment. Also, the Dentists always make sure to take time to address my questions which is important. So glad to have Growing Smiles.

Then they called we changed it to 11:30 am without even asking if that work for me, I told them that's difficult for me, They said sorry that's the time they will give me. Someone else had to take my son to white marsh office 30 minutes from my home, my son is in pain and they turned him away because he was 5 minutes late. You don't care about a 4 years old's pain? Front desk asked Dentist Marina Meshreki and she refused to see my son. How would a mother feel. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. Heartless!!!

THIS ESSEX LOCATION IS BY FAR THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!…read more Dr. Agnes Alignay, Dr. Meyers & her entire team at this location are truly amazing! From fillings, to cleanings, to long term care advice, I just cannot say enough great things about the staff here! Laura the secretary, is so sweet, sufficient & accommodating, ALL of the hygienists are super kind, knowledgeable, patient, thorough & personable. They were so patient with my son who was a bit nervous & uncomfortable during his cleaning visit. Terry, the hygienist, explained everything every step of the way to ease his fears & even offered to have him hold the suction which took his mind off things. She was so very sweet & took her time with him. I really love how well she cleaned his teeth & that she didn't seem annoyed by his behavior at all. My son was so excited & proud of himself after he finished. We love Dr. Meyers' contagious laugh & everyone's personality is really pleasant & welcoming. I took all 3 of my sons to the Essex location & everyone was just so comforting. It was a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend this location! They are wonderful!

Anyway, since this is a family dentistry I assumed they service the whole family. Maybe like a veneer for him? I called and they cannot but they did offer me a teeth cleaning. I have only been here one time…read more I get here and the front waiting lobby was nice. Had a nice spot for the kids to play. Seemed clean. I made the appointment for 8:30 in the morning thinking they couldn't possibly be backed up right after they open. I didn't get out of there until almost 11:00. The back area was dimly lit. The paintings on the wall were nice, but too much. It made it dark and dreary. We sat in the cubicle (whatever you want to call it) for 35 minutes before anyone said a word to us. 35 minutes waiting with a terrified toddler while 2 assistants were in the next one over having personal conversation and playing on their phones and another just leaning up against a wall playing on hers. The assistant was friendly. She came in and brushed his teeth, but to be honest, it wasn't even good. It was like a skim over and pretty pointless. I brush his teeth better at home. But, at least she was friendly because by the time she got in there, I was standing up and gathering coats to walk out and take the loss. We waited another 15 for the dentist. She comes in, glances at his teeth, gives us a quick suggestion and leaves. Maybe said 3 sentences. She wasn't personable at all. Did nothing to ease his fears. I ended up taking him elsewhere and LOVING the new place and so does my son. A friend brings her daughter here and said she is always scared and she has to hold her down and needs laughing gas. Took her to the other place I suggested and she does just fine. Maybe it's the decor. I don't know, but I'll be canceling his future appointment and taking him elsewhere from now on.

Great experience from start to finish. I feel like the doctors could explain more. Other than that…read moreclean office, friendly staff, easy registration, all-around great experience.

So my son that has an appointment in less than a month, now needs a new dentist with basically no warning. It had already gone downhill since Dr. Kline retired, but my kids were happy going and just needed regular check up so it was fine. They also screwed up the bill and took over 6 months to fix. And when I suggested a phone call would have been more professional or perhaps seeing the kids they already had scheduled, she basically hung up on me. After receiving a text 48 hours ago in which we confirmed our appointment today, we arrived to be told that they changed it from 2:30 to 12:30 sometime yesterday. They claim a text was sent and confirmed and a message left on our answering machine at home. Neither happened. We were marked as a no show and told we could be billed for the missed appointment. Before the transfer both my children had known no other dentist and could always count on a smile or courtesy during an issue. Now you're just a number. The receptionist couldn't have cared less about the screw up and was borderline rude while we tried to resolve it. We walked out and will be canceling our pending appointments while we look for better service. I can't give zero stars.

When you walk in, you are greeted by Autumn, who makes and takes your appointments. And as she has much more to her job than this, I just wanted to point out that she has a wonderful personality and makes you feel super comfortable from the start. I'm very thankful of her because if you don't have somebody who makes you feel comfortable from the start, it's very rare that you make it past the front door. When you go to the back you have Rachel (dental hygienist ) and Dr. Wassif. I sincerely can't say enough about them either. They both instantly make you feel like you're right where you need to be. Rachel is kind and gentle and assists Dr. Wassif with grace. Now, for a dentist, you won't find a better one than Dr. Cindy W. I LOVE the way she explains to me, exactly what is going on with my teeth and what needs to be done then with them in the future. I have a lot of work being done to them. It took me a long time to find someone who made me feel as comfortable as I do when I'm in that seat. She talks to me in a way that no dentist has before. You can tell she genuinely cares. I truly mean it. These women are amazing people!!! I honestly don't know how their office doesn't have a line out the door to be seen. Or maybe it does, Autumn really is that good at her job. Lol But seriously, if you're looking for an office, that is laid-back, very thorough with a scheduling (and making sure that you remember to be there), and a dentist that makes you feel a lot better with your current situation, you need to call them and make an appointment today. I will be a patient for as long as they'll have me. Thanks ladies!! -Kim Aubel
