Calls go to voicemail, nobody calls me back and a visit to the office to inquire resulted in front desk saying "just ignore the bill". They said their billing staff is behind, and the cashed & canceled check just hasn't been posted to the bill. My bill says overdue-I'm not suppose to be concerned? Office staff took a photocopy of the proof of cancelled check, but could not give me a receipt showing zero balance. Do not see this doctor!

His staff is very nice and helped us complete all the paper work with a very short wait. They gave him a initial breathing text and scheduled a meeting with Dr.Anders later in the day. We did a telemedicine appointment and the doctor ordered blood tests and cat scans and X-rays. He did it immediately which I appreciated. He was very nice and listened to my husband. He explained everything that he was testing for and what might be causing his cough. We have a final appointment this month. We are pleased with Dr. Anders. The office is located downtown and easy to find.

He is patient and compassionate the best traits to have in a doctor. He goes above and beyond. All his staff are nice and helpful. They are always there to answer questions. I highly recommend this office and Doctor. Dr. Ashraf does visit Tehachapi once a month. He works out of Dr. Reyna office. He is very booked up for Tehachapi and there can be a long wait. To me it's just fine, anything not to have to drive to Bakersfield. His office in Bakersfield is very nice and clean. I don't know what I would do if and when he decides to retire. I can't imagine him not being my Doctor.

Even the check out process- they have you wait in the "checkout" area just to be checked out! Having an appointment seems to mean nothing. Waiting over an hour in the room alone just to have the Dr come in to see you is terrible. Every appointment my mother has ever had takes several hours. If you have an appointment here make sure and block out several hours of your day.

Harouni and Hughes were suggested from his insurance. The office was small and crowded, several parents with their teenage kids nervously awaiting their procedure. The office was so small, you can hear just about every sound from the surgery rooms - clanking metal, drilling, grinding, you name it. This all made me a little queasy. It's obvious the doctor makes surgery days and schedules everyone back-to-back. It was like a drive-thru for wisdom teeth removal. My partner went back and about 45 minutes later was being wheeled out. During my wait, I was wondering when they would give me instructions / care information. It wasn't until he was being ushered into my car that they handed me a piece of paper with some info. I would have appreciated someone going over this while I was waiting, since my focus was on caring for my semi-conscious partner. I only have one experience of wisdom teeth removal myself and to be honest, I don't remember much. But after witnessing the post-care, I can't say this is a place I recommend. This doesn't even include some of the issues my partner had such as dry-socket and tooth particles still in the cavity. We also have had some issues where they incorrectly misbilled his insurance - a nightmare on its own. If your insurance allows it, you may be better off elsewhere.

I especially enjoyed the conversations I had with miss Elizabeth the surgical assistant, we had that in common as I too was a surgical assistant at both Mercy and Memorial Hospital . I thought Dr.Sam also did exceptionally well with the extraction , there was very little bleeding at all and not much pain as well .
