My first visit with…read morehim, he diagnosed a problem with my tooth that my other previous dentists had missed, possibly for years. This unfortunately led to needing the tooth to be removed, but he was able to guide me through the process and connect me with a wonderful oral surgeon. Throughout the process, it was evident that he was closely communicating with the offices of the various sub-specialists, coordinating my care, and probably spending time outside of his normal clinical hours to do so. Dr. Hassid has a very calm, patient bedside manner. He always takes the time to explain things, in clear, simple and easy-to-understand terms, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I can tell he really cares about his patients. His office staff are also all excellent - extremely courteous, accommodating, and professional. As an example, I had an appointment with him this morning. I received a phone call that one of the staff had called in sick, and my appointment would need to be rescheduled. However, very quickly, Dr. Hassid went ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate me into his schedule today, so that I could still be seen. It definitely wasn't necessary but really showed the level of commitment Dr. Hassid and his team have toward their patients. I think I'll be a patient here for a very long time.

They were extremely thorough with my cleaning, and talked to me in-depth about the condition of my teeth based on various x-rays and photos: what I'm doing right, what I could improve upon, what I might be at risk for, and more. The dentist also talked me through what to look for when buying toothpaste and mouthwash, and provided scientific explanations for which products work best. The new patient/scheduling process is very smooth, as well. I simply filled out the new patient form online, got an email the next day from the office to schedule my appointment (which worked great for me, since I often can't take phone calls during the day), and was ready to go. Overall, I'm very impressed with the organization of the office and the kindness and consideration of each individual I interacted with! Definitely recommend.

absolutely phenomenal experience here!!! READ ON:…read more from the call i first made to inquiry as a new patient, to the moment i walked out the door i was treated kindly and with respect, being genuinely listened to and not rushed like most offices. everyone there, from the techs to Dr. Amin took their time to talk to me and make sure the experience was not just good, but great. I'm talking all the little details that most dont go to the effort to do. they have TVs galore there with your choice of Netflix to watch literally while you are getting work done. they even have a tv on the ceiling! i personally opted to listen to my own podcast, of which the tech paused to let me put on, totally understanding. the entire place is spotless. they say you can tell a lot about a place based on how clean there bathroom is... well this bathroom was immaculate. now to their actual technology, its state of the art. this guy really took investing back into his business serious. they have 3d modeling, high tech (extremely low radiation) x-rays, and even some crazier imaging technology that I've never seen before. another thing was they had a tool with a camera on it that can show the patient the exact up close visual that they see, on the ceiling tv. it's not like the old school way of using a mirror to kind of see what they mean. i saw that thing in 4k HD MAX ZOOM LOL. anyway, their pricing is extremely fair, even for me with no dental paying cash. its the type of business decision that will gain them more customers, as i already prepaid for my next visit and will be referring my partner and anyone else that needs an elite dentist. also the dentist is SWOLE AF, which if he has that kind of discipline, you can surely trust him to be diligent with his dentistry work A-Z. five stars. thanks for everything, even dealing with my overly intrusive material science questions lol.

I received Invisalign and implant treatment from Dr. Rami Alsaleh, a general dentist who markets…read morecosmetic services. A permanent implant was placed before my Invisalign treatment was complete, and then trays were continued. This sequencing error caused a visible midline shift and asymmetry in my smile. I was never informed that this could be a permanent outcome. When I raised concerns, I was dismissed and told my midline was "within normal limits" without an in-person exam. A second opinion from a nationally and internationally accredited prosthodontist confirmed improper sequencing and lack of planning caused structural harm, not cosmetic dissatisfaction. One root canal he performed on tooth #31 failed within two years and required extraction. Tooth #19, which he also treated and retreated, is failing again and has been referred for further endodontic evaluation. A recent provider identified five additional teeth that may need root canals, eroded enamel, poor crown margins, and accelerated wear despite my attending regular appointments over four years. This prolonged pattern of overlooked issues, superficial reassurances, and inadequate follow-up has been both emotionally draining and physically harmful. It also triggered a documented MS flare-up, my first since diagnosis. There was no informed consent on foreseeable outcomes and no referral to a specialist, even though complex procedures were involved. I've reported this to the dental board and consumer protection agencies. I do not recommend this provider to anyone seeking ethical or well-coordinated care.

I was previously treated by Dr. Emily Moers and her assistant, and I was exceptionally impressed by their personable approach and the high quality of care I received. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with the receptionist and/or scheduler, Cindy, have led me to take my business elsewhere. During my recent phone call, Cindy was unprofessional and repeatedly interrupted me. She discouraged me from booking an appointment by insisting that I would need to pay the entire fee upfront, despite the fact that I have dental insurance. I don't mind paying the fees upfront, but I believe she said this to discourage me for making the appointment. I'm sure her attitude would've been different had she known that my household income is well over 200K. When I tried to clarify this policy, I was not permitted to speak. This is the second difficult encounter I have had with Cindy. During my first visit to the office a few years ago, she treated me with a similar level of distrust, excessively verifying my identity, insurance, and credit card before services were rendered. I've lived all over the United States, DC, Maryland Chicago, and New York. I've never encountered such racial profiling in my life from somebody.that's actually a minority themselves. It's disheartening, but it happens continually in Houston. This is exacerbated by the fact that Cindy probably wouldn't be able to receive services at the clinic unless a professional courtesy was provide for an employee. It is a shame to leave the practice because I think very highly of Dr. Moers, but I cannot continue to deal with this level of customer service.

I've only seen Dr. Emily Moers so far, and she is amazing! Super knowledgeable, personable, and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. All the hygienists are also very nice and professional. I've been to Moers for regular dental cleanings, as well as for filling a chip in my tooth and getting a new retainer, and I've never had any issues. Could not recommend enough.
