Or is she someone supposed to answer the phone, help the patients, (that's not happening at all) and pass the message with phone #s on to the doctor. The person has a bad attitude, she thinks she's the doctor, she's not. She's a loser. She gives this office a bad reputation with her lousy attitude. The entire call lasted around 10 minutes. During that time, after full disclosure of my medical history, I was simply told that Circle Medical cannot prescribe anything and that I should "find a psychiatrist elsewhere." That's it. No refill. No temporary prescription. No medical care of any kind. If certain medical histories automatically disqualify patients from receiving any treatment on this platform, that information should be stated clearly and upfront, before payment, not revealed after charging patients. Charging $120 for a short call whose sole purpose is to turn the patient away is not "care." It feels deceptive, predatory, and especially inappropriate for mental health services. Based on my experience, Circle Medical should be avoided for psychiatric care, medication refills, or anything requiring actual treatment.
