I believe the gal who I saw was Elizabeth, and she was nothing but delightful and friendly from the very start. I absolutely love my haircut, and she worked a color miracle on my tresses (I was still dealing with the remnants of red dye from two years ago - ugh). The salon itself is beautiful - light, airy, and welcoming. It was packed the Saturday I went, and they use/sell some really top notch products.
