I first used Accountemps in 2012 after I had finished the CPA exams and moved to California. I got a couple of assignments at start-ups which was pretty cool, and eventually a different agency got me a permanent position. Fast forward to 2015, I had taken a hiatus from accounting and had been traveling, volunteering, and organic farming for a little over a year. When employed and in school, I was getting jealous of everyone traveling the world rather than heading straight to more school or employment so I decided to get this out of the way while I'm still young. Accountemps had me go to a few lengthy interviews for temp positions that did not come to fruition for different reasons such as the company changed their mind or decided to go in a different direction for the position (or maybe I just suck?). It 's a bummer because I spent a lot of time preparing, commuting, and interviewing for all these. I'm assuming those were the real reasons that I was told. If not, I'd appreciate some real feedback so I can fix what I'm doing wrong and improve. Despite that, Phil has been really cool and friendly. Holly is nice, too. I was talking to Sean P. about my salary requirements because I have basically 2 years of experience and at the very least well over a year of extremely solid general accounting experience. He told me my range was a bit high, but I was going by Robert Half's salary guide for 2015 for San Francisco + I have a masters degree. I don't even consider the fact that I have passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam because I am missing my hours. Not only that, I was staying on the conservative side. Anyway, I am currently on an assignment. It was new and fun at first. I don't know if I want to stay even though it would be a secure, stable job with great benefits, but I'm crazy so I'm not just trying to get any job. I'm trying to find a position that aligns with my values and goals. I would say my experience has been pretty good. We will see how this continues. Hopefully, this will become excellent. read more

I have to say my experience could not have been any different than the previous reviewers. I found RHT to be professional and more than helpful in doing what I needed, namely helping get me connected with good jobs and assignments in my field, ultimately helping me a land a great paying job doing the kind of work I'm qualified for. I work in the tech industry doing end-user support and system administration and David Vo and his team were great. First, he called me right away after I submitted my vitals to their online system. Shortly after that we met face to face and he took time to find out what I was looking for, the type of work I do and the kinds of companies I wanted to work with. Shortly after that, he and his team set about finding a placement for me and while there were a few false starts, companies that weren't a good fit or who didn't fit criteria I defined (like being within the SF city limits), they found me a great gig which then turned into a full-time position. It didn't happen overnight. It took about 3 months before I landed in a solid consulting gig, but I confess I turned some offers down because I was being intentionally picky and holding out for that "just right" placement. Working with a recruiter does come with trade-offs, admittedly. Your hourly will be lower while you're working under the recruiter's umbrella. But I feel it was worth it because they did what they were supposed to and it did work out in my case. I also know of two people directly (my friend who first referred me to RHT and a friend I have referred in turn) who also have found good positions by working with David and his team. If you're looking for work in the tech sector, I think it's worth reaching out and connecting with them to see what's possible. Think of it as one tool in an arsenal of options as you do your job search. I will definitely go back to them if I find myself on the open job market in this field again. read more

Throughout my career, there have been times when I needed temporary work until I found a full-time, permanent position and I've turned to Office Team each time. This time I needed to land a job and found The Creative Group. The Creative Group is the marketing, advertising, PR and graphics design division of Robert Half. I met with Brandi Rahill in the Oakland office and walked away feeling excited and confident that I would have a position within the next 30 days. After a number of follow-up calls I placed, nothing. And then after a couple of months, I heard nothing at all from Brandi. I checked her LinkedIn profile and Brandi actually left the company. Okay...now what? Because I was contacted several times by Macy Metzger in the San Francisco office on a number of opportunities, I decided in May to set up an appointment with Macy. Macy was awesome. She asked me great questions and I felt that she understood my situation and my difficulty in landing a position. When she asked me where else have I applied, I showed her my spreadsheet of approximately 160 applications over the course of 7 months. She had never seen anything like that before and could tell that I wasn't a typical candidate. About 10 days later, I got a phone call from Rich Noreen in the Office Team division. Would I be interested in a temporary marketing assistant position at a construction company? Heck yes! And 2.5 hours later, he called me back stating that I would be starting on Tuesday after Memorial Day. Rich followed up with me and answered my calls professionally. As the company needed to fill the position permanently, I had to go through the interview process with a number of other candidates. I nailed it and blew the other candidates out of the water taking full advantage of actually being in the office and doing a stellar job. Rich negotiated $15K more for the position as my qualifications and skills warranted it along with the two weeks off I requested to attend Burning Man this year. (This is my 12th year.) When I started the position as a permanent employee, Rich personally delivered a dozen INCREDIBLE cupcakes to my desk. Thank you to both Macy and Rich for giving me an opportunity to shine and to secure a solid income. I am most grateful for your service and professionalism. If you need a job or a career, I highly, highly recommend Robert Half. It's always been a great experience... read more

I had such an amazing experience at Robert Half. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The entire process was seamless, informative, and actually relieving. I am just moving in to the city and they made me feel comfortable with their process. Everyone is down to earth and easy to talk to. I was first approached by Lauren Corcoran who was extremely helpful in narrowing down what I was looking for in a career. Even though I wasn't searching for a placement in her department, she went out of her way to connect me with Lisa Gibello in the Creative Group department (also amazing!). She was eager to follow up with me and made sure I had all the correct documentation and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. Thank you, Lauren!!! Ultimately, I am very impressed with the professional yet fun environment here at Robert Half and cannot wait to work with them! Keep up all the hard work team. You guys ROCK! read more

After about a year and a half of working Office Team San Francisco, and working directly with Jackie Kim, I have nothing but fantastic and excellent feedback to share with you all. Jackie Kim was the first contact I had when I started with Office Team, back in 2008. Jackie managed to keep me busy and able to pay my bills at all times, and even if there was nothing "good" to offer me, she knew I needed to money and called-emailed-txt'd- and smoke-signaled me to alert me of potential opportunities. The professionalism, personalized approach and a genuine love for her job is what I got from Jackie Kim almost immediately after leaving the interview room, on a rainy and gray San Francisco day. Someone wrote something about hand-holding, and that's exactly what I needed to get back on my feet. Jackie understands Temporary Employees very well, no doubt about it. On my last assignment or contract, however you feel comfortable calling it, Jackie Kim introduced me to one of the best "gigs" I was yet to have. A small office, near the Moscone Center where I was to perform as an Office Manager/Receptionist and Assistant to the Marketing Director for a well known entertainment company. The process was quick, easy and -thanks to Jackie- enjoyable as well. I got the job right away, and when it was time for me to leave -to a permanent job opportunity that I currently hold- both Jackie and her clients reached out to me to wish me nothing but the best. This last experience had been left vacant by someone who had proven to be a not so good fit, which allowed me to not only learn about the entertainment industry, but also further improve Office Team's reputation after the unfortunate and sad performance displayed by the previous candidate. In a matter of weeks, I became part of the client's family, and throughout the entire experience, Jackie checked on me for any trouble or to talk to me about the potential for a permanent position within this particular company. Like I told Jackie before I tendered my resignation letter (due to a permanent position), I shall always be grateful for everything she did for me. From the little one-day gigs to the 6-month and more contracts she got for me. Now, I can happily say "I worked there, and there, and I did this, and that" and I pretty much know people everywhere in San Francisco. And better yet, my last assignment is still providing me with the same perks I was getting when working for them. To summarize, if you are looking to make some $$ to pay bills and have some left for entertainment, and be able to network with the right people, Office Team San Francisco may be a good place to start and possible stay. I worked with many other Office Team Temps that have been Temping with OT for years, but then again, it's a matter of personal choice. I wish I could've invited Jackie to the "farewell" party the Entertainment Guys threw for me. The not so good about Office Team: Mediocre candidates: Poorly performing creatures that are then replaced by you and it is up to you to build trust and confidence again. The Best: Jackie Kim and her experienced team in San Francisco. read more

Very unprofessional/useless. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR REFERENCES. They will hound your contacts for job leads. They bring everyone in for interviews whether they have a real position in mind or not just to obtain your contacts. Funny, there were about 100 plus negative reviews for this company last time I checked. I guess it pays to pay Yelp. read more

I've worked with a lot of other recruiters, and Neelu and Lisa were especially helpful in getting me my first gig in Silicon Valley. Without them I wouldn't have been able to stay in San Francisco, the city I love. I got some great experience, and I had a very smooth ride overall. So far everyone I've dealt with at The Creative Group has been extremely professional, to a degree I didn't expect because of my dealings with some other agencies in the area. Finding a job can always be a delicate dance, and these guys know their stuff. How do I know? During my latest search, I kept hearing The Creative Group's name come up! They really have my back. I would certainly work with them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone looking for work here. I've already passed along the name of a colleague. read more

I've been temping with Office Team and Office Team Healthcare for the past 3 years and I've had a wonderful experienced working with Jackie, Ellie, Joe and Lisa. I've been placed on long-term assignment (3-5 months) as well as one to two day assignments, all of which I have been qualified. The staff at office team have been very cooperative, hardworking and fare in finding me work within San Francisco. Clients should understand that placement agencies are working hard to aid you in finding employment, you have to be willing to work with them as well. I've had nothing but a positive experience with Office Team and Robert Half, I highly recommend them to anyone trying to pay the bills and make ends meet in these trying times. read more

Well, to be honest, this has been one of the best firms I have worked for in quite some time. For someone who has some admin experience, my rep in particular has reshape my thinking in terms of building my resume into a more attractive piece of work. The jobs are pretty good, and the staff has been pretty well organized thus far. Reading some of the other reviews, sounds like (and I hope so) they got rid of the lemons of the firm. Yes, we get thrown around from rep to rep, but I appreciate the fact they can see what skill set I have, and find an opportunity in almost any field that I would do well in. I enjoy working for them, and can't wait to be placed on a more permanent job. read more

A letter I wrote to Office Team after my 1st placement an amazing startup Tech Company: Hi partners, I hope your week is off to a good start. My week sure is! Thank you for the opportunity to work in such an open space of cultivation. I interviewed with Kirsten on Tuesday, started working Wednesday and I haven't had a day where they couldn't find something. Every job thus far has been within my knowledge level. I worked at a nurse registry in LA where my job was to recruit nurses knowing I couldn't place them anywhere, so I was a little worried when I started. I always get excited with they say "This is a temp-to-hire", as I agree with whoever said it's cheaper to hire someone off the street. Everyone at the office is nice and treats you well. I've worked with Kirsten and Sean. Don't worry about the skills test. You have 30 minutes in the Excel, Word and PowerPoint tests, and if you answer wrong, you have another couple shots at it. Don't drink coffee before the typing test. read more

The Creative Group and Macy Metzger helped place me at my first full-time position in 4 years, after completing a 6 month contract. I have been so happy working with The Creative Group! I trust that the recruiters have my best interests in mind, and they have found me great work in the city. I moved to SF with only a freelance design contract lined up, so they have been instrumental in supplementing my independent freelance work with other awesome positions. Through freelancing, I have been able to add skills and client experience that I felt was unbalanced after spending 3 years at my previous design job. TCG recognizes the areas that I want to improve my skill set, and have worked to find specific positions for me. Also, they have been great in providing information about the SF job climate for designers in San Francisco and have been a great reference to run portfolio pieces and rates by. I especially recommend Lisa and Alyssa, who have been amazing recruiters! They have great energy and are great at connecting talent with top companies. 5 stars, definitely. read more

Officeteam is the real deal. Everyone I've met and worked with has been kind, professional, and driven. I began working with Officeteam with Emily who introduced me to the process, answered my questions, and asked me about my background. From there she introduced me to several of her coworkers who all seemed excited to meet me and find me a place to work. Emily is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. In just a few days after talking with Emily her coworker, Catherine, found me my first short assignment working for a hotel company. Great first assignment! Two days after that I spoke with Betsy who found me a longer term role that I was quickly able to accept. Betsy was encouraging, helpful, and enthusiastic while working with me. If you're considering reaching out to a recruiting company look no further than the awesome group of people at Officeteam. I can't say thank you enough to Emily, Catherine, and Betsy and everyone else behind the scenes. Officeteam has been tirelessly working to find me a job and they did it in less than a week. Robert Half goes above and beyond for customer service and has wonderful candidates. I regularly use them for our HR needs and they have been on point when sending candidates' resumes for us to choose from for our business' needs. I mainly work with Renee for my staffing needs and she fills a position with a well qualified candidate within an hour...which is perfect when an HR issue arises. The time sheet approval method is online, which also allows me to access hours for review and approval very easily. read more

Robert Half was a great resource for me. I had about a year of accounting experience before having to look for a new job. I mostly worked with Sean Pacheco but also spoke to Hollie and Alex for an assignment or 2. Sean was a great person to work with, good communicator. I was able to be honest and speak my mind and Sean was great to work with. I would give him 5 stars if this review was just about him. Unfortunately Accountemps is a national (maybe even global?) company and that means that they are all about profits. Two of the companies I worked for told me that they would hire me, but they didn't have the budget to pay the buyout fee. Also, work on your negotiating skills. Some of their clients are multi-million dollar companies, and others are sub 10 million. You can probably negotiate up to a dollar or two higher if the client is larger. I didn't really bother to negotiate because I just wanted to work and pay my rent. Overall, Accountemps started me off on short projects. As I worked to earn trust and kept up my communication, Sean started giving me longer jobs while I continued my job search. They were great with letting me go to interview, I just had to give a couple days notice. I would definitely use them again if I need to (but lets hope I don't need to anytime soon). read more

OfficeTeam is a temporary job agency, and a great place with vast opportunities to get your foot in the door. I started off with OfficeTeam in Chicago, fresh out of college. I applied via putting my resume on their site, and got a call from a recruiter. The first assignment that I accepted was originally set for a couple of days, but then it extended to a week and half. After that assignment, I accepted another one that was set for 2-3 weeks, and it got extended to a month and half, and ended there because I was moving to San Francisco. When I got to San Francisco, I contacted OfficeTeam again, and looked to them to start my journey of looking for a full time job. The SF team is amazing, very accomodating, and helpful in many ways, as long as you show that you are willing to work and do well in the assignments. I worked with quite a few of them during my time with OfficeTeam (Derek Kirby, Jessica Johnson, Amanda Hollum, Julia Spector, Lauren Barthman, Lauren Kuemmeler, Rich Noreen), and they are all great people. Because of the work I did in Chicago, I had good recommendations from the Chicago team, and the SF team immediately placed me in an assignment the week after I arrived. I went through a couple of assignments, and eventually Jessica Johnson placed me in a temporary position, which turned into me being hired for a permanent position within the company. This company has amazing people that are looking to help you succeed. Sure, they get a cut from your pay, but that's because in the end they are still a business. My advice is to not look at the few days/few weeks assignments as just that, but rather to look at them as opportunities to get your foot in the door. Take the interviews seriously, and treat the assignments as you would a permanent full-time job. There are many opportunities and chances for you to be hired permanently. read more

The San Francisco job market is competitive, and I was really feeling that. I probably sent out hundreds of applications, and in turn, received no response. My employment history was solid, my skills were tuned, and I was ready to find a new permanent spot, but I couldn't get an interview. I started researching recruiters in the area and met with 5 of them. Each one that I met with made me feel like a freaking rock-star by the time I was leaving the office, with big promises, and insane amounts of praise; Office Team was the only team to deliver. Office Team found me a job in 4 DAYS! I'm not even kidding, and not 4 days until I had my first interview, 4 days later was my start-date! 4 Days and I was at an amazing company, with huge growth potential, great pay, and amazing coworkers. If you want a job, use Robert Half/ Office Team. You won't be sorry. read more

I am a client of Brandon Davis. Earlier this year, I was pursuing new marketing roles after two years with my company. A personal friend recommended Brandon's experience with the Creative Group. I met with Brian for a 30 min session where we went over my background and skillsets. Brandon provided constructive criticism to help me update my resume and to highlight my strengths. Brandon has been a tremendous resource. In addition to helping me shape up my resume, both the visual and content, Brandon provided valuable insight into optimizing my job search. After speaking with Brandon my resume looked beautiful and read smoothly. I was able to better communicate my strengths and establish my accomplishments in my cover letter. Brandon brought me confidence to interview again after being with my company for so long. After Brandon shaped me up, he submitted my resume for several marketing roles. I truly appreciate Brandon for his assistance. Without Brandon's assistance, I would not have interviewed with the companies that I spoke to. Most importantly, without Brandon I would not carry the amazing resume that landed me at my current job. Thank you Brandon! read more

A fantastic experience. Staffing with integrity. Plenty of great assignments. I highly recommend working with the Creative Group for a variety of assignments, interesting work, high-profile clients, and an energetic and friendly team. Everyone there has taken great care of me, listened to my needs, and worked with me to find the best fit for the best pay. Even difficult situations with mismatched placements were handled gracefully by their experienced staff. And errors in staffing details were corrected with integrity. As long as you view the relationships you build with their staff as long lasting, win-win relationships, and have a flexible attitude for some give and take, you will also enjoy their friendly service and the professional relationships they provide from their large network of clients. read more

Placement agencies are your door into companies that otherwise you'd have no chance in getting your foot in the door. When it comes to those of us that are "creatives" it's even harder. That's where agencies like The Creative Group come in. The Creative Group outshines in the way of personal attention and the oft forgotten support and hope. I've been unemployed or underemployed for a long time, yet the time taken by Kevin Goldson and the encouragement he gives isn't present in other companies. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find me a position, but being told (when quoting what I was making at the time) that I'm definitely undervalued makes me feel that it's only a matter of time before I find myself fulfilled and compensated for my experience, education and talent. I'd endorse The Creative Group for anyone that's looking for a creative job and needs that connection to HR departments. As creatives we tend to be solitary and that doesn't bode well for networking. That's where Kevin and the The Creative Group come in! read more

I've registered with other staffing agencies like others. I decided to try Office Team when I responded to a job posting they had for an admin role. Jessica V. reached out to me informing they had actually already gone through to 2nd rounds for the role, but wanted to meet with me to go over what I was looking for. We met and she was really nice. She contacted me a week later or so about a role that she though I'd like. Long story short, I made it to the final round of interviews (yay), but they went with another candidate. Boo! Oh well, such is life! But it was a great experience and you can't go wrong with interview practice. I've also worked/spoken with Erin C., Lauren K. and Urvashi and Jessica M. on the RH side who have all be awesome to speak with. Urvashi just helped me land a temp gig while I keep job searching. While it's not my dream job, it'll be good experience and help get some income rolling in. The front desk ladies are always nice and helpful. I've had such a great experience with this company, including the Robert Half side. I have to say when they've told me about roles and forwarded me the job postings and I've interviewed, they're pretty spot on. I don't feel like what they've said to me over the phone is different than what the employers have communicated to me in person so that's good. Who likes crazy surprises in interviews? Anywho, the job hunt continues and I so appreciate the staff working hard to find me a role. Is it weird that I get excited when I see them calling? Nah, because you never know when an opportunity may come along! These folks are stars, I tell ya, STARS! Keep real folks! read more

I am a recent graduate and man, this whole process for the ideal gig was a monster. The competition was so fierce. I went for weeks, trudging through interviews with companies and jobs I didn't really want. However, working with Mark Caraway really changed the quality of my job search. Mark is soooo sweet, thorough, compassionate, and efficient. After interviewing for a big company Mark set me up with, he comforted me with a sincere pep talk easing my anxiety after the interview. I cannot more highly recommend Ben Fox as an agent for finding employment. His attention to detail of the whole person, including skills, personality, work style, and goals speaks to his devotion to his industry. His ability to work with a client to find the right spot for him or her rises to art rather that just a process. Ben has all the basics, of course; he's on time, follows up on action items, listens well, avails the candidate of a great internal network at Robert Half. Ben has a great conversational style; he is professional, but also makes a candidate feel comfortable so that he or she can best give information for an effective job search. I received a 6 month assignment to a very strong company that eventually hired me full-time. It was a great experience. Office Team is AMAZING! I was referred to them by my roommate who landed a really awesome job working with them. I was miserable with my employment situation but not having the best luck finding something else on my own. I gave them a call, set up a time to meet with one of the recruiters, and from the second I walked into the office they were nothing but great to me. I was introduced to Lauren Kuemmeler who was determined to help me find something I would love. They sent me on quite a few interviews- some that even resulted in a job offer but it just didn't seem right. I was terrified Lauren would decide I was too difficult to work with and give up on me but she didn't and sure enough a really exciting opportunity working as the Executive Assistant at a huge PR firm in downtown SF came along. Lauren told me she was positive this would be a good fit and took it upon herself to make sure they would feel the same. She was right! I was offered the position on a temp to hire basis right after leaving the interview and from my first day there, I knew this was where I wanted to be. 4 months later and I just signed my official hiring paperwork with the company! I honestly never imagined I could love my job as much as I do and I know I wouldn't have been given this opportunity had it not been for Lauren and Office Team. I just moved to the East Bay Area late December. I saw a position online that fit my career path. In about two weeks after applying for the position, Robert Half got me the job. The staff at Robert Half coordinated all the meetings, paperwork, negotiating pay, and answering all my questions promptly and diligently. I have worked the elections as an FST worker twice this year. There is usually nothing to do but check the ePollbooks because no one really ever votes early so you just sit there for 10 hours really. This election, the voting center lead decides she wants to play stupid and act like she didn't know where I was on the site so she told them I left the site. For a few hours at that. I NEVER left. There are other people there that can attest to that, along with cameras, and the stupid device they had me checking in on every 30 min. Not to mention they call and bug you relentlessly about filling out the stupid survey, which I was doing, as well as clocking in and out for your breaks. But somehow, they still took this dumb cunts word and put me off the assignment. Really they did. With no warning, no taking my side, nothing. Then told me I had the burden of proof. I am not going to let you or her call me a liar and you can shove this job up your you know what. You prove it! And I hope with all my heart there is a lawsuit for me here. When I lived in Santa Clara, I had a strong relationship with Accountemps and other employment agencies in that area. When I moved to San Francisco many strange things happened. I worked a few short term assignments with Accountemps. Accountemps would call me while working on other assignments and other agencies that placed me. They would ask me where I was working and who placed me. Say what? How did they know I was working somewhere? Accountemps also would assign me to positions and then pull me off the assignments for un-explained reasons and without the client even knowing the issue. After trying to follow their complaint policy, the department that handled the complaints was bypassed and I was directed straight to the SF manager. After much disagreement and statements that did not make sense, the manager stated to me that she could not employ me until I could show that I had a job ... ? Basically they had black balled me and could not explain why or reference any one incident. read more

Good for the people who have had success with these folks, but my experience with them was frustrating. I submitted a resume last year, got called the next day by a recruiter. Real nice guy, confirmed my info, connected on LinkedIn. Since I'm in the North Bay--not as many opportunities as SF--he said he'd wait to see what opportunities came up before bringing me in for testing & stuff. No problem. Never got any further inquiries. I came across a few North Bay jobs that seemed like a good fit, and contacted him about them, got the polite response, but no action taken. He eventually moved on to another company. Cut to last week, when I find a job opening in the North Bay right down the road from me--and I'm confident I can achieve in all their requirements! I contact TCG, sending an updated resume. The next day I see a recruiter named Kelly Simon has checked out my LinkedIn profile, cool... Later in the day I see the same ad reposted on Craigslist. OK, I guess I didn't fit the bill. Still, it seemed like a perfect match, so I emailed Kelly (her address was in the job post), asking for info about the position and how I'd signed up with them last year. No response. Fine, people get busy. And job seekers get annoyed. ;) read more

What they dont tell you... the are listed as "Robert Half" when you go looking for their office. I think many times experiences at placement agencies are hit or miss. My experience and review to follow... Shortly!! :o) Tips when going to placement agencies: * bring a copy of your resume (even if you already emailed it) * bring two forms of ID like a driver's license & SS card * be prepared to fill out paper work like w2's, direct depost forms * bring any info (past addresses for background checks and references) * be prepared to take tests in things like Excel, Word and Powerpoint p.s. their website is the same for SF & San Mateo. If you have a 650 (or non 415) area code/address the site might automatically place you in the data base for the San Mateo office. Either way, follow up after you place an application online, or better yet, contact the office direct for an initial interview. read more

The best! I'm a freelancer, and my work flow isn't always steady. I use Office Team to find temp work in between projects. I've used a lot of agencies, and Office Team has been the best one to work with. Why? Because... I've consistently gotten quality assignments with top companies, working with the best people in the industry. The recruiters at OT are more like match-makers, finding the best situation for my skills and background. And they are really nice people too, who believe in good communication. I work with both the San Francisco and Phoenix office, and both are great! Rich Noreen in SF and Sarah Levin and Ryan Kosterow in Phoenix. That's another good thing too, that I can use the same agency and work out of more than one location. The future of the independent mobile workforce. read more

I owe my spot for my first job out of college to Jessica Mason & Tyler Korn. For awhile, I tried finding jobs through Monster, Indeed, Career Builder & through different company websites. I remembered a friend of mine who was able to get a job through a staffing agency (which I later found out was also through RH's OfficeTeam). It worked for her, so I decided to apply this one night in February. To my surprise, the very next morning I get a call from Tyler to set up an interview. I'm a shy person, so I was a little nervous for the interview. But when I met with Tyler, I felt immediately comfortable & he assured me that we'd find a job for me. Tyler & the rest of the team provided me with a handful of different job opportunities, one of which is the company I'm currently with. When I did the first interview with my current company, I thought I did really poorly because again, I was super nervous. I told Jessica & Tyler afterwards that I didn't think I did too well, but was willing to go back for a second interview if they saw potential in me. She called me later & said that I was actually the favorite candidate. Jessica & Tyler walked me through a lot of the steps that would later take place. By the beginning of March, I had a job. Even though I was hired on, Tyler still made a lot of effort to show that he was still a resource to me & anyone I knew. He kept in contact 5 months & counting & even treated me to lunch. read more
