I needed some type of power washing of my teeth because they were in which 'horrible' shape. When I left they contacted my insurance and insurance didn't feel any of that was needed. I went to Dr. Tardugno's office and they said I needed nothing of what Belen's stayed I Had to have. Don't go there.

They offered to whiten my teeth at a discounted price. I only wanted my bottom teeth whitened. I paid in full at the time of the visit. After a year, they sent me a bill for 300 dollars. The bill did not have summary charges. I called the office to request the itemized bill and they refused to send me one. They told me if I don't pay this made up amount that they will send me to collection. It makes me wonder how many people have they scammed over. Shame on you and everyone involved in this scam. I have taken legal action against them. If you do decide to go to this office I urge you to save all your paperwork.

I called to see if they are taking new patients, she said not at this time but asked a few questions. I would think that she was asking to possibly be put on a waiting list. When I said Excellus, she said we don't accept that and referred me to a clinic. I tried to inform her that Excellus would cover an out of network service as a flat rate coverage. I would have to pay at the time of service and recover the payment from Excellus directly. She then just abruptly stated "We're not accepting new patients." Does that mean you would only offer service to dental insurance patients, and all others should just go to the clinics?
