And we are so blessed to have found her, she is an amazing doctor she takes her time, answers all questions and makes us feel welcome every time we have an appointment. I also love the way the office is set up and it is so convenient that she is the only doctor that works in the building so the wait time for being seen is very quick. And it makes the experience much more personal and not rushed. Not to mention the amazing office staff who always greet us with such kindness. Her primary doctor, for the first time for us, royally screwed up the diagnosis and treatment from the get go... Finally after waiting for the meds to work, and seeing they weren't, we took her to Righttime. The lady who saw her was furious at the treatment plan given to her and prescribed a much more potent antibiotic and an ear drop steroid/antibiotic - her ear canal was basically closed from swelling. The doctor gave her a popsicle (they became besties in this moment!) and sent us with the prescriptions, along with her cell number to follow up because she was so concerned. Flash forward to this evening, Makenzie was showing no signs of improvement so I reached out to her via cell - and she responded instantly, asked us to come back in, she was waiting for us at the front desk and took us straight to the back for re-examination. After further conversations, we left with further instructions and to call if no improvement in another 24 hours. I cannot ever explain how what she did for this very nervous momma feels - to know someone cares that deeply enough to share their personal cell number and be so responsive after we technically aren't in her care anymore is beyond words. I've heard enough horror stories about staph infections to be completely frightened. Thank to you Dr. Andrea for being such an amazing person, and if you ever need an urgent care visit in your future I can't explain better than the story above why going to Righttime is the better choice over the others in this area!

He took great care of my daughter in her first two years of life. She always finds something entertaining in the waiting area, whether it was the TV or the giant fish tank. By the time our second daughter was born, we had moved to a new neighborhood so we switched to a practice that was closer to home. Otherwise, it was a 20-minute drive to Seven Corners. My 4 year old, on the other hand, loved how Dr. Lamson installed a video game system in the waiting lobby and he also enjoyed the decorations that were put up in the patient room. Best decision ever. We now have two kids in Dr. Ariza's care and have been with them for 2 years. The office is more of a boutique than a sad or scary doctor's office. Decorated perfect for kids and very inviting. We have never had to wait long and both the ladies at the front desk and the Nurse Kadera (so sorry if I misspelled her name!) are great. Kadera is friendly, gentle and was able to draw blood from my 2 year old with no issues! She's seriously the best. She calls the kids friends and that in itself is such a gift. Dr Ariza is literally an angel. Very supportive of me as a mom and my kids adore her - enough that we play "Dr Ariza" every day. EVERY.DAY. I ended up being twelve minutes late because i had both kids and couldn't get the baby out of a tight spot so had to switch parking spaces. The front desk made me wait almost thirty minutes to tell me that I was being denied a visit because i was late. When I called to complain the management basically stood behind that and said we reserve the right to deny even if you are one minute late. But no problem having you the parent wait. Cool cool. Ive never seen the same provider twice there very much a factory. We are at children's medical associates so far so good. I am willing to make the drive. Also considered going back to our DC pediatrician west end peds which is pretty good. The admin/medical records side of this practice also terrible. Playing phone tag with them to pay them to send the medical records. The cost varies by the number of pages of the record. Cool cool cool. I made the right decision switching!!!

Our situation required a follow up the day after. Although she wasn't working the next day, she made sure another physician took a look at my daughter so that the following day they'd have a baseline to assess progress. She also went out of her way to call us and follow up a few days later just to make sure things were moving in the right direction. I highly recommend Karen and trust her with our care. She was a perfect example of the type of care and attention to detail you want from your medical provider.

She attends to our son well and makes time to answer all of the questions we had. I know vaccinations are good but it always makes me sad knowing our son would cry, and every time she would assure us that we are doing the right thing and that he'll move on quickly. I love all the information print outs she gives to us after every visits and our son got a book for his birthday! The best part is Dr. Ettienne can sign!
