I called on 8/20/13 to inquire about test results. I was advised that someone would get back to me. I called again on 9/12/13 to find out the test results. I was transferred to the "back" where I had to leave a message. Still no return phone call. I received a bill for the services that my insurance did not cover. I wrote a letter on 10/1/1/3 disputing the bill, and giving the reason why..... no information on my various tests. I sent it certified, return request etc It was signed for on 10/2/13. It is now 10/9/13 and STILL have not heard a word from that office. I hope nothing major is wrong with the heart, lower back, cholesterol etc. for I'll never know about it.

His charges were outrageous, and 3 months later, I get a bill for over $330 So not acceptable. He charges for an "office visit" in a spa, and 2 different "medical procedures" even though the treatment was less than 20 minutes, he was there for 10 minutes, as opposed to the full hour I have had with other acupuncture treatments. And his assistant, not a nurse or PA takes out the needles. Do not recommend at all

Then drew my blood which seemed to go fine but the office staff called me to say the blood drawn was done improperly or something and they couldn't get the results needed, so I had to go elsewhere. I had to pay a copay, and I asked if they would just do the test again or refund me for the cost. They refused to redo the test, or help me in anyway, and the lady over the phone literally argued with me and hung up on me. A waste of time, money, and PTO used to get off work for them to do everything wrong. Do NOT go here.
